As many others have experienced, there is one clerk here who is extremely rude and nasty. She is the daughter of the owner so I'm assuming she gets away with it. Over the past 2 years of going there I have not had one single good interaction with her. The other people who work there are friendly and helpful, but the one girl is so rude that I will often go further up the road to the liquor store in Arcade. They're always friendly.

The store cashier got offended when I said I was just browsing and then gave me the snottiest looks when making a purchase and refused to answer "Is something wrong?", outright ignoring me. This is my first and last purchase here.

Horrible customer service owner was incredibly condescending and lied. My wife was trying to make a purchase where a portion was Cash the rest was on a Venmo debit card. The cashier must have either calculated wrong or pressed the wrong button and it declined for some reason. We then went and triple checked that there was more than enough in the venmo account to cover the amount. I then sent her Venmo more money just to make sure it went through. My wife then went in to try again and they refused to serve her. They lied and said they get charged Everytime a card declines. I know this is absolutely false because I work with several merchant services and have set up point of sale systems for many businesses at my IT job. So beware if you ever shop there and your card declines for any reason they will become super condescending label you as poor and refused to serve you.

They need two types of picture ID if your under 65. Maybe if they knew how to sell alcohol under their liquor liscene this wouldn't happen. Go to heppners down the road ?

I think it was the owners daughter. She was rude 2 times I've been there. Snobby just not nice at all Walked in 4 mins before close just to buy a cheap bottle of wine. She told me they were closing. Lights were clearly on open sign was on. I told her maybe she should be nicer to paying customers. And walked out with my wine. Hopefully she's not rude like that to everybody else.

The cashier was very rude.me and my friend tried to brush it off and forget it but ,she kept it going.nasty .some people do not belong in customer service.the other cashier was very nice.give her some tips.

Very rude she sat there and gave me nasty looks the whole time. Lady asked me If I was visually impaired because I was looking around at the different kinds of bottles! VERY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
