HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!!!! I have been training with Alex over 5 years and have had excellent results! He is an skilled trainer that keeps the workouts varied yet challenging .He is very knowledgeable and has helped with my nutrition as well as my workouts. My health is very good overall and I contribute much of this to his training and the gym!

Great place for fitness & sports training. I really enjoy their boot camp on Saturday mornings. Alex & Katy (yoga) are great!
