“I worked with Peter Santiago at Miller Motorcars on the purchase of a Maserati Ghibli and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Peter was responsive, transparent, and consistently easy to work with throughout the process. He provided full service records without hesitation and was forthcoming about the vehicle's condition, including proactively noting cosmetic items that required attention prior to delivery.
The vehicle itself was thoroughly documented, with a clean CARFAX report, single ownership, and complete factory-scheduled maintenance records. Peter demonstrated strong knowledge of the inventory and was readily able to answer detailed questions regarding the car's specific options and equipment. Financing terms were competitive as well, with a favorable in-house APR.

We traveled to Greenwich to hopefully give him the chance to see Paganis, Ferraris and McClarens up close and personal. “I may have judged too harshly in my initial review which I have since deleted. For $40 interior express cleaning, there is value to the cleaning service they provide. Given it is express cleaning, perfection shouldn’t be expected but it gets most of the job done. The employees are also friendly and are helpful. Only deducted one star because I would caution the employees to be more careful, in my case, left some splatters on my leather seats, which I ended up being able to remove most of them. Otherwise, would recommend this place for fast cleaning.”

“My car windshield needed to be replaced and they did a wonderful job. The work was done back in 2019 and this review is 2 years too late. I completely took their awesome work for granted and today I realized how wrong I was to forget about this company and the wonderful service they provided. I had my car windshield glass replaced again today but this time with Safelite in Mount kisco and they were horrible. For more info, read my review of Safelite. This horrible experience is what made me realize that what Automotive elegance did was outstanding. I will now use automotive elegance for windshield glass replacements if i ever need one again. I learned my lesson.”

“Efficient fairly quick professional Reasonable price ranges for the bare minimal service to the elaborate. Years ago, and it still is, the end results were so great having my car detailed I bought back TWO MORE in the same day! The workers were dumbfounded not knowing if I was still waiting or I had changed cars! You will feel like you're driving out of the showroom! Give it a try. Only thing that would be nice to see: a rewards card/ticket where after X amounts of washes you can earn a courtesy wash etc. PS: they do oil changes, too”
