“Went on line looking for the Covid vaccine. At the time they were the only retail outlet offering the shots. They had 20 appointments available when the NY State sight had none or you had to travel 60 to 250 miles to get an appointment. Got an appointment 48 hours after signing into their sight. Have received both shots to date. I was in and out in no time ! The staff was friendly and professional . The store is clean and bright . If your still looking for your Covid shots , that's the place !”

The owner and staff are all wonderful: sweet, helpful and the shop is very well maintained. “I have brought several suits to be tailored here, and Mr. Azizi has done an expert job on all of them. In one job that stood out, I had a bad rip on the back thigh area of an expensive and fairly new custom-made suit. The custom tailor I bought it from said it was not reparable, as did another NYC tailor. I remember Azizi from when I used to live in Tarrytown and brought it to him. He was very honest that it would look like a slight crease but since it was a black suit with muted, thinly spaced pinstripes it would not be very noticeable. What did I have to lose, I figured, so I gave it a shot. It is not noticeable even when you look for it! I have gotten several productive years out of that suit. He is a great tailor and a very nice guy.”

“Absolutely delightful experience with helpful sales clerks who knew the merchandise and inventory well, and we're able to identify complimentary styles and colors to the items that interested me. I've shopped in many JmcL's but the Greenwich store was new to me.Two items I purchased had to be sent (shipping is free) from other locations, and the third item required alterations. The clerk pinned the pants and ordered a rush delivery before my vacation 5 days later.JmcL styles are very flattering to women of a certain age and I keep buying the Maisie pant and signature tee in various colors. I do wish, however, that they made more items in jewel tones instead of mostly pastels, which are great in Florida but less so in New York.”

Robin asked some questions and immediately pulled five or six real contenders out of the racks. She gave honest advice, zipped and unzipped both me and a woman in the next dressing room, and applied ZERO sales pressure. “Visited this lovely store today for the first time. I love how everything is organized by color and style. It's very neat and everything is so easy to find. The styles are classy and timeless, and made out of materials that will stand the test of time. What really made this experience so wonderful was the sales associate that helped me. She found alternate sizes and colors, gave great info about this Lab store as well as the other location, and ordered a top to be shipped directly to my home when they didn't have the color/size I wanted in the store. She also explained the benefits of becoming a store member which include some fabulous discounts, so of course I signed up! I've only been to two or three stores in person since the pandemic started, and this was such a positive experience. I'll definitely be back.”

“Another Simon mall, another good mall. I have been to Westchester mall twice. Today we visited on a weekday around 3pm. It was quite empty , easy to navigate within this huge mall without crowds. This is definitely not a bargain or outlet mall. It is very chic designed and has many high end brand stores like Tiffany co , Louis Vuitton and besides Nordstrom and Neiman Marcus as department stores. Whats more, Plenty of retail shopping options. As quick bite and coffee there is Starbucks and Haagen Daas at R3 floor as a refreshing ice cream stop. Food court Savor at the top floor has many healthy options including Little Beet , the melt shop and a very cute coffee bar in the middle. I was very pleasantly surprised that there was a small patio at this floor, I just love patios's and it had huge comfy sofa to relax... just lovely. There are plenty of sitting area at Savor and within the mall at various places, huge sofas or arm chairs makes it super easy to rest and continue your shopping spree. Women Restroom has an adjacent room as nursing/mothers room for nursing and diaper change. This is very thoughtful and as a new mom, I really appreciate this clean and quiet room. My only concern with this mall is the garage elevators. They are super confusing. For those who have a stroller using them is a must, not optional. And the way they are positioned are very cumbersome. We parked to P1 and then took the elevator right there- to press a button we had to figure out what is R2 - R3 and after a while seeing the chart and stores assigned to either of R2 and R3we figured out that is retail 2 and 3... on our way back, we took a different elevator which says P.F. Chang snd this one doesn't have P1 level as a button. We realized that we came with the other elevator which is Nordstrom elevators... and had to walk all the way back... it is frustrating to figure out these labyrinth like system.”

They are honest in telling you what looks good and how items fit. They genuinely seem excited about fashion, are knowledgeable about their products and are so friendly and welcoming to their customers. I have shopped here for many years. But it even seems like during the pandemic they have strived to go above and beyond to meet their customers’ needs. I had such a fun experience there recently and they offered to ship a winter jacket to my son who is @ college with a return label to facilitate the return if it didn’t fit. “This place is packed to the gills with some really cool clothing for a smaller locally owned store. Yes, prices are what they are but the stuff they sell is often high end. Yes, this isn't Target with mediocre clothing that might cater to a lower income clientele. Squires is where one might go to get some nice ski clothing or a special gift. We should support local stores so we don't all end up looking the same in that big box Costco style Poopwear. And frankly, the prices are right for what they sell. I have found that you can get stuff at a reasonable price. As for hovering salespeople, they are trying to be helpful and all you have to say is that you are browsing and you'll let them know if you need help. The store is big enough that you can ghost the salespeople if you prefer to be left to your own devices.”
