Came here to pierce my little ladies ears; one is 7 and the other 3. The experience was unlike anything I imagined. This place is absolutely perfect! We went into a fabulous room, and got their ears pierced, and the lady who helped us made the experience so so enjoyable. The jewelry at this place is also amazing, I cannot wait to return!

I took my wedding and engagement rings to be resized bigger here a couple of years ago and was very disappointed with the results. The gold they used to change the size was a different color than my set, so it was visible to the naked eye that there was a change. I recently brought the set back to our original jeweler to resize them back down, because I did not trust Desires with them again. Our jeweler, whose opinion I really trust, said there were 2 areas of this other gold in the engagement ring, and basically that the job done was very poor. My engagement ring ended up needing to be thinned out a bit to correct for their mistakes. I wish I had never gone here.

What an amazing experience I had today at Desires By Mikolay. Everyone was so helpful and friendly and went out of their way to make me feel appreciated as a Customer. The jewelry is absolutely beautiful. With the help of the well trained and knowledgeable staff I was able to stay within my budget and pick out just the most perfect necklace and earrings. But my fantastic experience didn't stop there - they were kind enough to take a picture of each piece and text it to me and hearing what a stressful day I was having offered me a complimentary gift candle to come home and relax with. I am thrilled to have found my new go to gift buying store. Thank you Ladies for making me feel so wonderful!!

Between the personalization of the staff like the lovely Erin who is kind, caring, friendly, and professional, she takes her time with you and her passion for the jewelry within the store is unmatched and the gorgeous pieces of jewelry that are true art, there is something to take home each time you visit. Scott and Tara are the best of the best, they go above and beyond for their clients and truly take the time to sit with you and make sure you walk away feeling happy and exactly what you want. My husband and I trust them beyond any other jewelers we know because of the time and energy they spend and put into making sure you walk away with exactly what you want. For my Mom's birthday, I wanted to use my Grandma's old necklace to create a new necklace for my mom. I took a few different pieces that were my Grandma's and spoke with David, who helped design the new necklace. It was so easy to communicate with him what I would like and I heard back from immediately over email about more details. It took 3 weeks for the new necklace to be complete and it was EXACTLY what I wanted. It was so easy to work with David and he created a beautiful and very special piece of jewelry for my Mom! I'm so happy I chose Mikolay to do the job!

My husband and I have been going to Desires for years now. Would give 10 stars if I could! Their expertise and customer service is a breath of fresh air. Truly hard to find these days! From my engagement ring, wedding bands, special occasions and now piercing our daughter’s ears at the store. Each experience has been so special. Could not recommend more!

We worked with David to design my engagement ring. The entire experience was truly top-notch. He allowed us to take our time choosing and revising different elements of the ring, is incredibly knowledgable, and made the experience very personal. I am so thrilled with my ring and am grateful for a seamless process with this jeweler.

I just got my both my ears pierced here, they did it nice and efficiently and a calming chair they put you on really helps. The staff were all very nice to us and we definitely recommend this place for ear piercing.

Tara and Scott and their team take such wonderful care of their clientele. Whatever the need from ear piercing, appraisal, gifts big and small, and especially redesigning your jewels, they listen and deliver every time. This family owned jewelry shop has excellent quality, prices and variety of items and designers. They do expert and beautiful custom work as well. They also support many non-profits w their sales. Def stop in bec your purchase goes far.

They adjusted my watch for completely free, as I tried to tip them at the end they said no. They completed saved me a bunch of time of running around trying to get my watches adjusted but they did it for free and less than 5 minutes, for sure will be coming back here.

Fourth time getting ears pierced here and the staff is so professional and clean (and good with my 8 year old!). Always recommend this to others for piercings.
