Brian and the Lifeworx team are truly exceptional. When we needed help caring for my dad, Brian assembled the most incredible care giving team with 48 hours notice. The attention to detail, communication skills and professionalism of each member the Lifeworx team are truly next level. I can not say enough amazing things about Brian and Lifeworx. Our family was truly touched with how empathetic and caring the entire team was during a really hard medical period for my dad. I highly recommend Lifeworx in Chappaqua. Brian and Jose are incredibly supportive and their response time is phenomenal. The aides they provided for my parents have all been terrific and the moment there was an issue, they were right there to help me navigate and resolve the problem. Managing the home care for my parents from 200 miles away has been challenging, but Lifeworx has been a godsend.

Hi. We have been using Lifeworx for my Mom's round the clock care for a year and a half. The aides from this agency are excellent. They are caring and help my mom with all of her activities in her house, her medical appointments, and her social engagements. I would highly recommend this agency.

I don't usually post but I just had to commend LIFEWORX. I contacted them because I was looking for a cleaning lady/laundress as well as a house manager for a large property in Westchester. From the very second I spoke to Jennifer, in their Westport CT office, I felt comfortable in the caliber of candidates they would recommend as well as the thorough vetting process that LIFEWORX requires of any potential hire.
Jennifer understood exactly what we were looking for (which is not evident with most placement agencies) and before I even finished my phone conversation, she had already sent me several candidates' bios from their large pool of applicants. Within 10 days, I had found the perfect people.
LIFEWORX is not only an exceptionally professional and competent agency but the staff I dealt with could not be more patient and eager to find that perfect "needle in a haystack" for our company. I appreciated their willingness to be so diligent and not rush to send me just anyone.
And if all that is not convincing enough, LIFEWORX charges far less, and has a much more flexible guarantee, to ensure both client and applicant are thrilled. I cannot recommend them more, they were amazing to work with.

This company is amazing. My experience was comparable to getting help from a friend rather than from a big business. Everything was perfect. The aide was here early. She was attentive to the point of anticipating our needs and doing everything we needed, even in the middle of the night. We made a joke with her that we knew when her patient was up, her eyes were on them even when they did not call. When she was not needed, she left us to our privacy. She is a very, very nice lady and a great attendant. The patient was 100% safe on her watch. When I had a question for the office, they were back to me in no time. This was an unbeatable home care experience.

I can't tell you how good it felt to have Brian and the team at Lifeworx in my corner during the most difficult period of my family's life. No matter what kind of complicated issues we had with my father's illness and caretaking needs, I never got anything but sympathetic support from them. Every call I made to the team, every email I sent was returned with the response "That is not a problem. We can help."

I had been trying desperately to help a friend find a home health aide for several weeks when we found LifeWorx. We were using another company that was recommended and it was a nightmare. They would tell us they were sending a particular aide, and another would show up. The aides never arrived on time. They all slept on their overnight shift, when they were supposed to be awake. One of them even tried to convince my Jewish friend to convert to the Muslim faith. You can't make this stuff up! It was nothing short of crazy and terrrfying. These people were spending the night with my friend!Then someone told me about LifeWorx and the heavens opened up. Brain and Wiktoria were kind, considerate and fast. They took care all the paperwork associated with my friend's long-term care insurance--and continue to do that. But above all, they found my friend two of the sweetest most amazing aides we could have asked for. She "loves" them both and I no longer get frantic texts at 8pm that the aide is late--or calls the next morning about someone's crazy antics. Thank you LifeWorx!! You have two new fans!!

LifeWorx has been a fantastic resource in caring for my 94-year old mother with live-in help. The quality of their aides is absolutely top notch. My mother was matched with a woman who is highly qualified, caring, knowledgeable and is incredibly attentive to my mother's every need. And she manages to do it in a way that still gives my mother the independence she is both capable of and desires. The entire management group is excellent. Brian, the General Manager, is so dependable and reassuring; whenever we've had changes to our schedule he and his team have always come through with wonderful support and alternative care as needed. I have never worried whether I would be caught without the right help for my mother. When I have needed administrative support for insurance needs, LifeWorx's team has been very responsive. If you are looking for care for a parent, I would not hesitate to recommend LifeWorx.
