Pizza was ok but i’m pretty sure the tall old guy didn’t change his gloves after doing GARBAGES ???like CMON MAN that’s so unsanitary. Food service workers need to realize what they are touching before they touch your food. I’m just hoping he changed gloves before kneading the dough ???

Lives up to the Whole Paycheck moniker...but if you can afford it, great place to shop. The dry aged steaks were a mouthwatering choice as were the salmon and tuna sushi rolls. The shrimp dumplings were also terrific although we'd like to see them dial back some of the food additives. Great hot food selection and well lit, clean and easy access from ample parking.

My experience is very positive. Love the ease of the location, parking is GREAT, staff are pleasant, and the store is clean and bright. I always find what I am looking for, plus some unplanned purchases !

The cooked food......not appetizing....chicken was burnt! Why would you think this would be ok to serve people? The hot food is sad - come on you can do better. I love Whole Foods but sadly I turn away from the hot food section because it does not look appetizing. Consider doing away with this part of the store - it does not fare well for the joy and respect that Whole Foods gives its customers.

Unexpectedly delicious thin-crust pizza spot connected to Whole Foods. Unlike the casual little take-away pizza station they have in the food court, this is a separate but adjoining sit-down restaurant of its own, with a full bar, appetizers and entrees, and even happy hour specials. I got 2 personal pies to go, and they happily tweaked mine to add toppings of my choice. While my pies were still hot when I arrived home, next time I'm looking forward to dining in and devouring these bad boys fresh out of the oven. The cheese-sauce-crust ratio of my margarita pie was exactly what I was craving. Yes, I've had better pizza, but it was in Manhattan or New Haven. Finding this adorable little gem in Westchester was a delight. Staff was extremely friendly and made recommendations for my next visit. Who knew grocery store pizza could be this good?

Great!!! So happy there is now a Whole Foods in northern Westchester. No more half days spent grocery shopping, a mile drive to this location!

The crust was pretty nice but a bit burned, and I understand that's sort of the style of the pie, a thin crispy crust, which I've had but much better executed. When you consider it's a supermarket, I have to give it a slightly more generous review. I tried a sample of the mista salad and that's what convinced me to try the pizza, it was pretty good. The Broccoli salad sample was not good. As far as portions go, the single pizza is really enough for 2 people. We had 2 pies for 2 people and we have more than a whole pie leftover. The Wild mushroom pizza was pretty tasty but there was some element on it that I wasn't thrilled with. The sausage fennel pizza was decent but my wife didn't think the sausage was sufficiently tasty. I would be inclined to order a Margarhita pizza and ask it to be slightly underdone and it might be optimal. I agree with the other reviewer it can be convenient to grab a meal before picking up some groceries.

Choices on Food Bar are sub-par and few. Many artifical ingredients. Whole foods just isn't what it used to be since Amazon took over.

This Whole Foods Market is nothing like my experiences at other Whole Foods Markets in the NYC/Long Island area. And that is a very, very good thing. Let's start with parking, a fundamental struggle when there isn't an adequate number of spots. Thanks to the location in Chappaqua Crossing's retail village (former Reader's Digest HQ), there was space and plenty of it. No worries about being clipped by a maniacal soccer mom or bumped by an irate father of four. My search for parking was downright leisurely and I could select a spot as close or far as I desired. Entering the store, I immediately appreciated the high ceilings that lend a sense of open air expanse to the space. I could breathe without carriages bumping into me every five seconds. I could pick up items and genuinely study them without worrying about a Mad Max free for all that is your typical Whole Foods Manhattan and LI experience. In other words, this location is large enough that there is room for every one. The quality I've come to expect is there along with the tempting treats from bakeries across the tri state area. Red white and blue cookies were begging for my patriotic dollar! The bathrooms are like mini luxury retreats, clean, quiet and secure. The prepared section was well stocked with selection similar to other locations. Counter service was friendly and engaged as we had absolutely no issue with staff throughout the store. Grocery shopping became a pleasant experience. I have to unlearn what I have learned to associate Whole Foods with thanks to this store. Well done! If Whole Foods can solve the traffic problem on the Whitestone Bridge to get to Chappaqua from Queens then I will pledge eternal loyalty to this chain and Mr. Bezos.

UPDATE: I contacted the corporate customer service center with more details as requested in their reply to my original review. I received a generic auto-reply that said, "I have forwarded your note to the store leadership team so they may investigate and address this issue. They will contact you to address your concerns directly". Five days later at 4:30pm, I decided to check out this Whole Foods location again to see if there had been any changes. This time there were 5 empty food trays, plus there were no titles or ingredients listed for more than 1/2 of the food that was actually there. So, anyone with dietary restrictions or food allergies would simply have to avoid the entire section. Then, I finally received a canned response from the Associate Store Team Leader of the Chappaqua location stating, "We are reviewing with our Prepared Foods and Bakery Leadership teams make sure we are upholding are standards and maintaining them post opening." I responded to this impersonal, "blow off" email with new pictures of my experience. He then replied with an actual response, "We do refresh the bars between 4:30-5:00pm for the dinner rush so the bar would be being turned over at that time as the lunch food was pulled. That being said the signage should always be out before the new dishes go out and that is how the cooks are trained. I will be revisiting this with my leadership today." That message was from 7 days ago (May 8th, 2018) Fast forward to today (May 15th, 2019) at 1pm, when I naively decided to see if there had been any changes. Again, there was no paper to pick up the bread in the bakery department and the hot food was missing titles and ingredients. I asked a man behind the counter to identify what several of the dishes were and he didn't know. He went to get some info from someone in the back and he returned with a piece of cardboard with notes written in sharpie. It took him about 5-10 minutes to decipher what was what and finally he told me the titles of the mystery meals. He then went back to work behind the counter leaving no title cards to display for the other customers who were murmuring about the same concerns. I know the definition of insanity and yes, it's my fault for giving this place a 2nd, 3rd and 4th chance, while expecting a different result. That being said, this location is very close to me and I really want it to provide good food like other branches, but the store is being managed into the ground. I truly hope they listen to their customers. I mean...I could hear them complaining right along side of me. Such a shame.

It's gone downhill in a short period of time. The hot food options are sometimes empty and not maintained well. It's somewhat overpriced, for instance the Amy's pizza is a full dollar more at WF than at Stop & Shop. There aren't enough registers open during the busy hours. Beyond the Prime discounts, I just don't think it's worth it to shop here as a routine.

Store is clean and foods are OK. BUT the staff is not-well-educated at all. At the fish market, I pick up oysters but the staff refused to open them simply saying we don't open. There was no other customers around. I buy oysters at other nearby markets. Always they open for us. At the casher, a boy put all items in a single paper bug. He told me to hold the bottom by my hands to carry when I leave. He was true. He put too many item in a single bag. And the bag broke on the way to my home, making as mess! Please educate your staff more.

Very nice food. But horrendous service, particularly at the check out. I have been there several times. Slow, slow cashiers, long lines, many unstaffed registers; the most recent experience was at around 2:30 this afternoon, a Monday. 20 minutes to go through the express line! Nice store, but awful service. I would not use this store regularly.
