I had an outgrown and bad nail set from another salon and Jun helped fix them, he explained proper nail care to me and he’s literally so amazing with a file ! They really do good work here, i’ve never seen my nails look this good!! they’re so sweet and kind <33

1 star. I would give it 0 if i could. the service is terrible i sat in my chair for 30 min before i could get someone to help me. when they came the guy who did my nails reeked of cigarettes i wanted to throw up. He insisted on doing acrylics on my nails even though i asked for power and claimed hes been in the nail business for 30 years. if you have been in the nail business for 30 years please tell me why my nails are FALLING OFF and breaking and chipping 3 days into having them. horrible quality not to mention 120 dollars. yes you read that right ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY DOLLARS. absurd i will never pay that amount again. the worst nail job i have even seen such horrible quality i want my money and time back. my nails are all chunky and messed up. and look at the place so filthy the seats are falling apart and the tools don’t get washed. do yourself a favor and walk 2 steps down the street to mimi’s a nice nail salon who will do what you want with good quality. please if you want your nails done go to anywhere else besides serenity im warning you. so horrible do better.

Sure the place could use tender love and care and better parking options, but it looks like they are working on it. In the meantime they spend their energy on their clients. I had an allergy that they were absolutely considerate about and coincidently found a twin allergy buddy (it was so comforting) I was treated the whole time as if I had been coming for years and not an out of towner. OH, and everyone LOVED my nails - so many compliments!

Went for a regular pedicure, which was done efficiently. Place is clean, people are nice, and the atmosphere was quiet—just perfect for an hour to myself!

I went to get waxing for my upper lip and chin area. The lady did it so harshly that she scraped my skin badly around the area of my mouth that even make- up can't cover the exposed skin and redness. Its been three days and I am still very red, it burns badly and very uncomfortable. I've been doing waxing all my life but this never happened. I just went to show them, the owner just told me put aloe vera on my skin, not even sorry or any apology. She kept saying when people have sensitive skin it happens but that's not the case, I even did waxing from the same salon multiple times. I don't want the girl who did to get into any trouble but they at least needs to take the accountability or return the money.

?DON'T GO HERE!? GAVE ME TOENAIL FUNGUS. THEY DON'T CLEAN THEIR TOOLS!
I have never had this problem EVER in my 30 years of getting my nails done. But this place is so unclean, I mean just look at the pedicure chairs, they're falling apart, the whole place is. They don't sterilize their tools and they ended up giving me toenail fungus so now I have to take antifungal PILLS and hope that it KILLS it, which will take MONTHS and I can't even paint my toenails during this time! I am LIVID with this place.

This place was highly recommended and it was even better than originally described. Johanna is excellent and the rest of the staff was very professional and attentive. I just moved into this area and went for my first mani/pedi yesterday. I will definitely make it my place to go for regular nails service.

Terrible job in taking down appointments. For 3 times in a row, the manicurist is not ready and tries to make me wait for 30 minutes even if I made an appointment days in advance.
