Just like the old shoe stores that have disappeared. A pleasure to work with.

Buyer be ware. The bald salesman is a snake. He gets all cranky when you don’t buy a 200 dollar pair of shoes, no professionalism. Then proceeds to call my girlfriend a 12 year old (she is 20) for wearing converse every day. I’ll never be back again.

Buyer beware! This place has no returns! Also products are ~$40+ than in other stores! You have been warned

This place is packed to the gills with some really cool clothing for a smaller locally owned store. Yes, prices are what they are but the stuff they sell is often high end. Yes, this isn't Target with mediocre clothing that might cater to a lower income clientele. Squires is where one might go to get some nice ski clothing or a special gift. We should support local stores so we don't all end up looking the same in that big box Costco style Poopwear. And frankly, the prices are right for what they sell. I have found that you can get stuff at a reasonable price. As for hovering salespeople, they are trying to be helpful and all you have to say is that you are browsing and you'll let them know if you need help. The store is big enough that you can ghost the salespeople if you prefer to be left to your own devices.

This place has a lot of high quality/ practical/ outdoorsy brands (sort of has a family-run LL Bean vibe). I went in there for the first time the other day and got some Hoka sneakers for me and Keen sandals for the kiddo. I am a weird size and they still had lots of options for me. The people working there were very helpful and kind. I think this would be a great place to get holiday gifts.

Owner quoted me $240 for an Arcteryx vest that retails for $180. Merchandise is a mix of old and new, all sold at this year's prices. There's a hard sell mentality in this place. It is a small store, so the salespeople hover over you if you're looking at merchandise. You can't "just look" here. If you don't mind paying full retail or more, for merchandise that may or may not be from the current season, then this place will work for you. It is convenient for locals, many of whom are not price sensitive, and that is what keeps it in business.

Love this place! They have many of my favorite brands and they are eager to help, which can be hard to find these days.

Love this place. Though a bit pricey, their selection of clothes, outdoors shoes, quality and brand is second to none in the entire Westchester area.
