“I'm satisfied with the work performed at Keane's. I feel they are polite and the waiting area is spotless and extremely well decorated. This shop is very expensive and not very accurate with their estimates. Be careful to look over the estimate proposal for added work that was never asked for ie, air filter, cabin filter, brake fluid change etc. The receptionist said their prices would be less than a dealerships prices. This was false and when I mentioned her statement was false, she just mentioned that they stand by their quality work. I am satisfied by the work they performed but be prepared for the BILL. $$$”

“It's a great group of guys who treat you right. They diagnose your problem or problems and let you know what the deal is. They also try very hard to get your vehicle back to you by the time they say it will be done. I've been going to them for years. In all reality I don't like going to them because that means something has gone wrong with my vehicle! But, they make the best of me coming to them by finding out what's wrong and then doing their best to get me back on the road. And that's why I keep coming back.”

“Came to see Jimmy for a tire replacement after Midas kept me waiting for 3 hours as “the next car in the line”. I am originally from West Harrison and remembered Jimmy’s shop and gave him a call. He ordered the tire I needed and I stopped by 2 hours later. Fast, courteous, professional installation, at about 15% cheaper than Midas (even with their “coupons”). I wouldn’t go anywhere else for tire and break work than Jimmy’s shop!”
