This post office service staff is heads and heels beyond friendly and helpful, I got my kids passports done here, and I had anxiety when I didn't have everything needed, they were understanding and still took photos I ran home and grabbed the required documents and they took my applications. Always friendly when I come in to drop off packages. Totally not the case for other usps locations in the region.

I had the most pleasant post office experience EVER(leading me to leave a review)! And during the holidays, WHAT???
It was SOOOO clean, calm, fast and friendly(I wasnt expecting this). Peter was so helpful and delightful! THANK YOU! My go to post office:)

Update November 3 2023: We continue to receive mail intended for our neighbors which suggests I don't receive all of my mail. Our letter carrier is a disaster!Awful delivery service. While the station staff are very friendly, the delivery service is in shambles. I constantly receive the wrong mail and often don’t receive expected mail. The latest problem is the mail carriers failure to properly adhere to a hold mail request. Even though I have a confirmation of hold mail service, I was informed by a neighbor that my mailbox was overflowing with mail today. Apparently the request went unfulfilled. No wonder the USPS is near collapse.

There is something seriously wrong with this post office. They keep returning my mail to senders as undeliverable. Important mail- checks and documents. I've been at that address for over 10 years now, never moved, yet last year a lot of my mail got "lost" at this post office. Same for outgoing mail- my neighbor dropped off (again) important piece of mail, and it never made it to the addressee. I tried contacting this branch- no response, not helpful.

Worst staff. Particularly the passport officerI booked appointment for passport and when I reached there the passport officer was unavailable.I booked another appointment for following week and this time also passport officer was not here.Same thing happened the third time. The staff never gets tired of saying "sorry", they think saying "sorry" will make the problem go away.They didn't have the courtesy to call and inform me that the officer is not available. Overall not a good experience with this location.Finally booked appointment at Mount Kisco and they did a good job.

I am receiving packages for people who live in Millwood! The only thing our address has in common is the number 6 !! Guess they can’t read well! Going to file a complaint to the Postmaster General and hope for the best. Can’t even order anything online anymore! What a disgrace!

The new Whole Foods has Amazon lockers. Don't use that method for delivery. The USPS has no idea what an Amazon Locker is. Had to cancel two orders because of their ignorance. Hope some folks are spared the headaches of calling the USPS and holding for 90 minutes thanks to my review. I shouldn't be surprised though I guess.

post master was very disrespectful to me hung phone up on me wouldn't answer for i hour i gave up they sent my mail to wrong address after 2 month going back to then very important mail was sent back 3 month it was there fault not mind he mess up on my pass ports as well the staff are very nice it him he a very bad person , he doesn't want serve black people am calling 12 news see if they can help me
