I went in today for a follow-up with one of my kitties who had to be rushed to the emergency vet over the weekend. (He's okay, no worries!) I felt terrible because the clinic is always so busy, but Dr. Janice not only listened to my kitty's unfun weekend story, looked at his records from the emergency vet, but also asked questions to make sure we were on the same page. I was worried something would be wrong still, but Dr. Janice checked him over thoroughly and happily reported he's much improved and will be fine—even writing down specific instructions for me in his medicine adjustments and other necessary supplements. This is the only place I'll ever take my cats, and this is absolutely why. So, so grateful, thank you.”

Dr. Patel and the staff are fantastic, caring, and always create a positive atmosphere. My dog usually gets anxious at the vet, but here he appears to be at ease and even enjoys the visits. The level of professional care is exceptional. When my pup fell ill, Dr. Patel personally called me with the analysis results and has consistently been available when needed. “My experience started at goldens bridge through my mom. her first dog an afghan hound HATED all men except Steve (who she was in love with), from there it was the obvious answer who the family would go to for veterinarian care. Additionally, they are compassionate and understanding for both the patient and client, ensuing information is easy to comprehend along with dedication to ensure the best care is given. Goldens Bridge Vet Care Center's exceptional excellency extends to their team as well. The receptionist, Shannon and Tarra are patient and compassionates for every concern. Providing great support when it comes to scheduling, reminders, and insurance. The Techs and assistance are also outstanding. Holly and Janet immediately become all of my dogs favorites and I know I can trust them with absolutely everything. And of course Lisa is someone I cant express enough how grateful I am to have as a caretaker for my pets. She will work in great length to ensure I can get the best quality of life for all my pets, while taking the time to also check on how I am doing especially when it comes to any emergency. I cant express enough how amazing this team is. I have had a handful of vets over the years in Westchester and none of them come close to the amazing Dr. Klainbard and his superstar team. He is an exceptionally nimble and resourceful thinker, always finding creative solutions and avenues of exploration to define and resolve very nuanced issues related to my complicated pug. Unlike big chain companies rushing you out, at Palmers they wants to get to know their customers in order to better serve them. Interestingly this the only place around town you will find where they make up creams, animals medicine, or any special type of compound prescription (all hand made in front of you). The owner Louis is very nice, knowledgeable, and is very open to helping you out with any of your medical needs. This indeed is a very special place, and right next door to the greenwich hospital.”
