Awful customer service. One of the worst pharmacies I’ve ever been to. The manager flat out refused to initiate an out of state transfer request in a timely manner, and never informed me once the transfer request was complete. I ended up having to set up an additional doctor’s appointment to get a new prescription for the same medicine because of the pharmacy’s incompetence.

Pharmacy is an absolute disaster. Every time I go to refill a prescription (cannot do so online due to the nature of the medications, although it allows me to submit the refill requests that simply lead nowhere, as I found out the hard way), it is AT LEAST a 15 minute wait on hold no matter the time of day. Today, I sat on hold for OVER 18 MINUTES (see photo), only to be hung up on by a robot telling me there were “difficulties”. This is AFTER a real person put me on hold, again, 15 minutes in. Complete lack of regard for my time.
Another recent issue I had was with booking some vaccinations. I’d schedule the appointment, show up well beforehand, only to be told the vaccines aren’t in stock and to rebook. This occurred three weeks in a row.
This is embarrassing. Do better for your customers. If I had any other option, I’d take it.

I was trying to return a pair of unopened tweezers today and the lady at the register denied me. At first she said it was because I was passed the 30 day return window, but I bought them aug 31st and today's sept 23rd. Then she said she couldn't do it because I didn't buy the tweezers at this location and would have to go to the Walgreen's I originally purchased them from. But one google search later and I found out she was straight up LYING to me. I couldn't bother arguing so I left but that was such a ridiculous interaction

Many years of good experience, and in the last year some terrible and frustrating experiences with out of stock drug supplier Walgreens use, complete lack of responsibility/accountability and no friendly way to transfer prescriptions to another pharmacy chain.

It's a nope, pure and simple. Minimally staffed and stocked, with what appears to be constantly rotating pharmacist staff makes for frustrating experience.

Horrible customer service. I called the store 7 times today. I tried to speak to the pharmacist about a prescription. They kept putting me on hold. Then would hang up. Then I called the main number and got the manager of the store. Told her my problem. She said I'll transfer you to the pharmacy. Phone call went straight to voice mail. Horrible experience. I would not recommend this location. Manager didn't care I was having trouble about a important prescription.

We had a real problem with my 85yo dad coming to visit and forgetting his eye drops against glaucoma. Mr. Donald at the pharmacy was amazing, calling his online pharmacy and getting him the medicine in a couple of hours! Big thanks!!!

After my first initial visit upon moving here, I stated I should have listened to the reviews. I stand corrected! I may have just lucked out, but it came at a time when I was fed up with MEDICARE/SSDI and CIGNA all telling me 10 different things to do. 17 phone calls in 24 hours, and nothing was resolved. Angela, the pharmacist, listened to my plight and within 15 min. Figured out and corrected my issues in a professional and respectful manner. Kudos to Nick as well, who took all my info and, in spite of the store being busy, ran that pharmacy check out smoothly. Give them a chance. Everyone has a bad day. Today was the end of a bad week thanks to these two.

I've had positive experiences at the pharmacy, but one too many negative experiences in the store itself. For example, I placed an online order for pickup and many of my items were cancelled because they were out of stock. I decided to do a little browsing when I picked up the fulfilled order and found several of the "out of stock" items in the store. The associates I've dealt with on future visits have not been helpful, friendly, or kind, so now I avoid going there for anything besides the pharmacy.

Worst pharmacy on earth!
Every pharmacist here is terrible.
Customer service? Non-existent. If you visit the store, it’s virtually empty. Seemingly closed. If you call, they put you on hold and won’t return.
Tried to transfer a prescription from CVS by using their app, web, and even by calling, multiple times. It’s as though they don’t want new customers… because that means they’ll have to work?!
I was excited when this store replaced our Rite Aid few years ago. Now I wish it had been replaced by CVS, or better yet - Drug Mart of Millwood!!
Avoid this Walgreens!!

The worst managed location. The manager should be fired. Every time I’m there, there’s only one cashier with a long line. The pharmacy is closed on Sundays.
