Bad management. Pharmacy closed weekends. Reduced hours. Give me a break. I don't care what's open on weekends, just have the pharmacy open. Even as a kid, drug stores were open weekends. People need their medicines.

Starting to scalp customers with 20% markups over the advertised prices! Adding insult to injury, their most recent store manager was nasty and aggressive. Stay away & buy on line from reputable drugstores.

I'd give the pharmacy here a 0 out of five stars if possible. I write this while waiting in line for the third time today to pick up a prescription. It is without fail that EVERY time I have a prescription to be filled by this pharmacy there is an issue. Typical wait time is 30 mins to find out I have to go to CVS in Mt Kisco. Never, I repeat Never, use the pharmacy here. Whoever is the manager at this location is a complete and utter dunce.

A flash. Then a bang. I wake to pandemonium. Its bright and seems sterile, but somehow unclean at the same time. Items strewn on the floor. Empty aisles with disoriented people trying, helplessly, to come back into focus. Cries for help unanswered; things are bleak and barren. There's no one here to lead us. "The ground shakes... Drums. Drums in the deep. We cannot get out. A Shadow moves in the dark... We cannot get out... They are [NOT] coming." I literally wanted to buy vitamin C. Worst experience ever.

Staff appears confused and unprepared to receive paying customers. They'd rather pretend to stock shelves

Love Walgreens but not in Chappaqua! Store is clean but staff is not very helpful or friendly. There can be a line of people waiting to checkout but only one register open while other staff stands around. When you do check out staff is unfriendly and appears like they are doing you a favor by waiting on you

Clean, and the staff is usually nice and polite. But for all that is holy... what does it take for some simple management skills when there is a line of customers? Now I know that every employee would rather have their skin grafted than deal with a customer. But how many of us have to be standing on line before that ONE cashier requests assistance?! Preposterous. A quick trip to the drugstore takes forever because nobody wants to help ring up customers.

After coming here (because the Walgreen's in Thornton said they didn't have my RX in stock) the pharmacist at this store refused to fill my prescription, claiming they did not have it in stock--even though the pharmacist on the phone said they did. My husband had to make a stink and told them he refused to leave until they filled at least a smaller emergency order (which my insurance approved). Magically, the pharmacist was able to fill the entire original prescription but not until my husband made a fuss. They had it on stock the entire time! Do they not realize that they are dealing with people's lives?

I'm not entirely sure how this store is filled entirely with rude employees but they managed to do it. The woman at the register was truly so rude. My friend was getting motion sickness so we asked if she had any plastic bags or anything and she was so rude about it and made us feel awful for asking. Her name was Barbara West and I hope someone puts her in some customer service classes soon.

Why does the woman with the blonde/brown curly hair working in the pharmacy have such a bad attitude? It's ridiculous that she is working in customer service. She has a terrible tone of voice and no care for customers.

I think it is time for another chain to take over this business. It's in a convenient location but the pharmacy has major problems. One of my prescriptions they have not had for 3 months. They send me to another Walgreens a few miles away each time. This time, I found out that they just transferred the entire prescription to the other store. This was without my asking and I still don't know why they never have this. Today the pharmacy is closed altogether. This time it is because of a lack of pharmacist. They have a sign out saying to go to another store. There used to be a Rite Aid in Chappaqua but when Walgreens bought most of Rite Aid, they closed up the existing Rite Aid location (which is now vacant) and this store took on their business as well. You would think with double the clientele, the store would do better but evidently not. Unless they make major improvements, it is time to move on to another pharmacy.

The pharmacy counter is empty- At All Times. No employees stand at the counter ever. You are lucky if they come out from the back to notice you. If they do realize you are standing there, it still takes another few minutes to find your prescription. I Do Not Recommend coming here . Especially with children who need antibiotics, etc. This type of service, where you stand around waiting to be noticed for service is new to me. So my suggestion, Go elsewhere. ANY elsewhere.

Ever since the Rite Aid closed the pharmacy here has been absolutely swamped. 30+ minute waits at times just to refill one prescription without any insurance or store policy issues. If you are forced to go here I advise you to avoid any interactions with Amy N. the pharmacy manager. Her attitude is abysmal and she treats customers as if she's doing them a favor just by doing her job. I will be getting my prescriptions sent to CVS in Thornwood moving forward.

They merged with Chappaqua rite aid and acquired more customers than they can handle. They think they can treat customers like dirt because they are the only pharmacy in Chappaqua. They are understaffed and there are always very long lines at the pharmacy. One pharmacist told me that they have told corporate it's a problem and asked for authority to hire more people to staff the pharmacy. Chappaqua Walgreens was told that other stores manage lines and they should too. I will take my business to CVS in Thornwood. I am done with Walgreens. I would rather drive 5 minutes extra and be treated with respect than be treated like cattle. I am done with Walgreens!!
