“I know ppl alot is said about this place but i live close to the garage n have never been there before but recently stopped by and had asked a few questions about my vehicle and Timmy(bethel) gave me a few pointers that of what i would need to complete before my truck would be right after a few days- week went by i had accomplished success and had called my normal garage that I had an appointment with to see if I could get in and they said no! And gave me a snotty attitude with nothing left I had called bethels garage in norfolk and I had explain to him about my normal garage, and then turning me away and asked if any way he could take me in ASAP he hesitated, but after a few seconds of me, begging him and alerting him that I was the same man that I talk to him previously and about the vehicle and what he had told me, he said, yeah, come on in buddy! And the service was great and very quick and if you can get in, I recommend him to many others he and his staff were very polite and helpful and very willing to help even without being paid. Like I said, I randomly stopped in and ask a few questions of what the problem could have been with my vehicle because I had been working on it for weeks. and he kindly steered me in the right direction with many helpful tricks.”

“I love these guys! Great mechanics and office staff who seem to be able to work on just about anything. I've taken my VWs and a Sprinter there. On my older VW van, they often have to think outside the box which is unfortunately necessary :). The do quality work an they're all just really nice.”

“The place is ran by a really informative nice guy, be does beautiful paint jobs and works even on days off, the storage shed are affordable and easy to access year round. I really like how even on a main road visiting the unit still feels private.”

“Very nice people to deal with my 93-year-old. Dad went into the ditch on Christmas Eve and these people went out. Towed him out of the ditch took great care of the car only charged us 300 for the tow no storage fee which I thought was fantastic considering the circumstances. If there’s more businesses out there like these guys, the world would be a better place. Thank you guys for a great job.”

“Highly recommend this place! They are at their new location in Massena now and it is very nice. Highly visible from Rt 37. Was taken right in for my appointment and you can wait while he does the application, there's also a window so you get to see the process as it's done. I choose the complete vehicle rust prevention, especially here in the north country with our winters. Prices are very reasonable. Already booked my appointment for next year.”
