When I had a fender bender Jim was great making sure that all the details of my accident would be taken care of. Not only does my car look fantastic but my insurance company said they really enjoy working with him - he's been in business for a long time! He's friendly and personable (you can't say that about all car people). If I ever need car work again, Baker's will be my first stop. Highly recommended!!!
