“The people who run the shop are incredibly nice!!! Never pushy, always gracious. We’ve purchased some great things there over the summer. Here is the incredible after-story that happened today: The sterling silver lobster clasp on my paperclip chain broke. We called to ask if they could do repairs and replace a clasp, but never even discussed buying it there. I did buy it there, but never mentioned it, bc clasps break and nothing lasts forever. After the lovely shop owner or manager immediately changed it to a new lobster clasp, I asked how much it would be. She replied, “No Charge at all. You are our customer and we take care of our customers”. She must have remembered us-since we never uttered a word about purchasing the chain there!!!
