We stopped here briefly on a drive to NH to use the bathroom and get coffee. The bathroom was so clean and well maintained. The coffee was great, they had fresh air popped popcorn, and so many snacks I'd never seen before.

Had to pay more than $11 to use their bathroom and their attitude and service was terrible. Wouldn’t tell me clearly how much I should pay to use the bathroom even though I told them I will pay to use it. They were also talking about me with another person right in front of my face being very rude and disrespectful.

We were on a road trip to Montreal with our kids when they urgently needed to use the restroom, so we stopped here. As soon as we walked in, the owner firmly said that we could only use the restroom if we bought something. Even though it felt very unkind, I still purchased $12 worth of gas. Then we were told we had to buy more items in order to use the restroom, so we ended up buying water and drinks as well.
This place has absolutely no sense of kindness or understanding. Just a little further down the road, there are other gas stations with much better service. I will never stop here again. Extremely disappointing.

The location is convenient but terrible customer service. Using bathroom is for customer only. We filled up the tank and because we had filled it up before heading out it filled up for $12. Then the cashier forced us to buy something from the store before using the bathroom. The attitude of his speaking was totally rude and he should've asked nicely. Or they could make a clear sign of how much per customer to use their bathroom!! The bathroom trash can was full and not clean. Totally unpleasant stop. I would recommend to stop by the next gas station at exit 11 and 10.

This gas station is conveniently located right off the parkway, making it easy to get in and out. The restrooms are clean, and the fuel and food prices are very reasonable.
