Kinderhook Bank is a nice small hometown bank with super friendly & helpful staff! They give out free cookies, coffee, dog treats for your dogs (they let your dog inside), and pens. They don't chain their pens down to the counters like most other banks. Their checking account interest rate is better than most other banks (2.5% on the first $20,000 deposited & they refund some ATM fees). They also don't pressure you to open accounts like big corporate banks! Would highly recommend banking here!

Horrible experience. The place is beautiful however the service is terrible. Associates are very condescending.
