“First time I walked into this post office was the day I moved into Philmont. Had to get a money order and get my own P.O. box. Right after I got my money order, the power went out for the village, lol. The ladies in there were so kind. It was an honor to meet them. I wish them a happy mother's day today.”
“The clerk was phenomenal as I was sending out legal documents for work certified mail, and I have a tremor in my hand and can't write clearly. Very patient and helpful explaining that having the signature receipt doesn't always work because they simply won't sign it, and apparently that's okay (it shouldn't be, maybe 4.5 stars to the USPS, and 5 to the Valatie office). However I will get a confirmation it was delivered, which is all that matters!
