Knowledgeable. Helpful, friendly, and engaging is the pharmacy staff. They were very considerate and caring at all times and were amazing and took their time and made me very happy, and they were very helpful. Thank price chopper pharmacy

Some of the staff don't know what they're doing. Told me the doctor's office hadn't sent in the prescription, but it had. They couldn't find it for some reason. Staff need more training.

Handy that this store is right down the street. I like the convenience of being there within a very short drive. This is especially helpful when I am short on time or the weather is not very good outside and not recommended for driving. And there is always plenty of parking.

We took two racks of ribs out of the freezer that were purchased in September and immediately frozen. There was a greyish fluid and it smelled bad. This obviously didnt happen in our freezer. Customer service was apathetic at best, said that there was nothing they could do as it was over six months (if so, it wasnt by much.)

The Store Manager needs to speak to the pharmacist and employees who work at their pharmacy.This pharmacy is a joke. I have been told my doctor cancelled my prescription and then 15 min later “their system cancelled it” with no reason, and then an hour later they were “suddenly out of my meds and unable to fill them.” When I asked why I was not contacted they HUNG UP ON ME. They have been directly responsible for my having a grand mal seizure when they did not fill my medication I have been getting monthly since 2016. Negligent and illegal practices. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY. They do not contact you, or know what they are doing on a basic level.I have NEVER been treated like this by a pharmacy. I was calm and trying to understand what I needed to do and was met with rudeness unlike anything I have experienced. They changed their story so much it was obvious they were lying and had no intention of helping me at all and then HUNG UP ON ME. I have been using this pharmacy since 2016. What kind of people are employed here and instructed to behave in this manner?I will be reporting this pharmacy and pharmacist to the NY State Board of Pharmacy.

I very rarely write reviews, but felt the need to inform the public of the ridiculous, lackadaisical service at this store. Yes, I am a "downstater", LI not Manhattan, BUT should this really change anything? I have been living in Chatham for about 6 years and this store is an absolute joke...the employees are clueless, or just don't give a s**t, most products are terrible and the icing on the cake is the bottle return area...I don't know how many times I've went here to return some bottles and they have multiple machines full or out of order!! I was just there tonight, unloaded all my returns into a cart, all set to go, only to find out that the return machines were full or out of order and the guy responsible, was like "hey not my fault!", waited 10 minutes for the manager, just to tell me, sorry nothing we can do about it tonight...SERIOUSELY!! Management is completely inept and the employees all have terrible attitudes, or are too busy on their phones, This company needs to work on their customer service and get their s*** together!! I will no longer give my money to these charlatans and will be taking the drive to Hannaford's for now on!!

I don't know what's going on lately, but you can't get in and get out even with minimal items. Register lines are 10-20 people deep. Not good

This Is the worst supermarket in the area. Expect long, slow lines to check out. Expect spoiled produce. Whatever you want, they probably don't have it. I bought lobster and not only did they forget to put the price on, but it leaked all over my car. I wanted a flu shot, but they told me I'd have to wait 20 minutes.

Price Chopper played both Chatham and Ghent to get this albatross of a market approved. The older one, smaller by far, was a better deal. The bakery is the only part of this store that is remotely commendable. It's all about management, the one time I called to complain about being humiliated at check out for a few cents the response was short of a patronizing 'sorryboutthat.' Too bad, the locals who work here, forget the shoppers, deserve so much better. Why 2 stars instead of one? Poorly run market is at least better than no market. Should be a company logo.

1 person working at the deli with six people in line. I go there during the week at 5:30 6:00 PM 1 cashier open. And when you go to say something about it all someone called in sick happens a lot in that store. Hate it there
