Voted best studio in Columbia County, 2018! Supersoul's mission is rooted firmly in the Bhakti tradition (the yoga of devotion and self-less service). The community is one big family. Yogis and spiritual seekers come together to inspire eachother, as well as momentously shift their own consciousness through the ancient yoga practices.

A must visit if you are in the area. I've done yoga a lot of different places but the way this studio and it's teachers combine the physical and metaphysical aspects of yoga makes it worth attending.

Been coming here for years and consistently amazed by the quality of teachers, the mindful practice and the intensity of the yoga. One of the few studios in the world I've been to that challenges the mind and body in an hour. You won't forget your visit.

A group of ~18 of us were staying in the Chatham area for a cozy bachelorette weekend. The house we rented had separate space for yoga, so we decided to book a private, in-home, group session. I spoke with Mike throughout the process, and he was super easygoing, flexible, and helpful, even with last minute changes. Our instructor Johanna was awesome, and we could not have been more pleased. The group varied in terms of experience, and she made it fun for everyone. We did some basic group and partner stuff, and even a little acro yoga. Johanna treated the bride to some really cool partner acro poses and she absolutely loved it! Everyone was so impressed and enjoyed the experience. I would recommend Johanna, Mike, and Supersoul yoga to anyone!

VERY unhappy with this place right now. I'm probably never ever going to come back. I went to this "exploratory yoga" class that was labeled as a beginner's class 3 days ago. The instructor had us putting this strap underneath our butt and then overtop our head and tightening it until it was extremely taught and the idea was we're supposed to be doing poses with the strap around us. The strap i was using was too small and tightening it hurt my neck. I kept loosening it and not keeping it tight but the instructor kept telling me to tighten the strap even more. It kept hurting my neck as it was compressing it and i eventually just said "hey, i'm taller than you. i can't get this thing super tight, it's hurting my neck." She gave me her strap, which is way bigger, and then left me alone about it. Hers was her personal one, the straps that the yoga studio carries are all the same and much smaller. I still didn't make it tight though as by then i had learned my lesson. 10 minutes into the class my neck hurt real bad and it was all i could think about the whole time. Keep in mind i'm only 5'8" so it's not like i'm some huge dude. 3 days later and my neck still hurts! This was a beginner's yoga class! I shouldn't walk in to a BEGINNER'S yoga class feeling great and leave with a wrenched neck. It should be basic poses that are under the supervision of an instructor. The whole point of yoga is to prevent injury and make your body feel good and now i may have a neck problem. This has lasted 3 days now and it doesn't seem to be getting any better. I'm going to call my doctor come Monday and get checked out. 1 star and i'm not going back. I'm very angry.

This place is a gem. It is clean and welcoming. Rachel Haley is an excellent instructor. She is knowledgeable and kind. The staff has been welcoming and this facility is a real asset to Chatham. Take a class and you will be hooked.

always wonderful to take a class with Raghunath and I am grateful that he inspired our yogi caravan from Glens Falls to Chatham! A beautiful studio, beautiful city, and an open inviting community
