I took rapid COVID and Flu tests today -- you know, the 2 hour ones? Naturally, I expected to get the email with a link to my results within 2 hours of taking the test (which is what I was told would happen on the website). Pretty sure EVERYONE on the PLANET would have that expectation if they read the Walgreen's website. I read it FOUR TIMES... VERY CAREFULLY. It's now been 7 hours. Nothing. Tried calling the pharmacy... nobody answers the phones. This is completely unacceptable... and shows a significant LACK OF COMPASSION for people who are sick. Isn't that ironic? A pharmacy with a complete lack of regard for people's suffering. DON'T patronize this Walgreens. Go to Hudson. Maybe they'll care.

Cute and cozy one that feels like an old school drug store because not like the spacious farmers market feel of a Sprouts , everything is stacked 7 feet high and the isles are really tight. But I like it as it's clean organized and set up by sections you easily figure out.My parents owned a delicatessen 80 feet away from it in the early 70's so maybe I'm just sentimental to the location! . I may never move away!

I have been using this pharmacy since I moved here almost 2 years ago. And I have been happy with the service they provide. But I was extremely impressed the other day when I had to refill some prescriptions which I did over the phone (automated). When I was told over the phone that it would be ready for pick-up by 11:30 the next morning, I chose to receive text message for updates. Just a couple of hours later, I received a text letting me know that my prescriptions were ready. And I had the option to have them delivered for free! (I believe it is only because of COVID-19 in case you're reading this later.) It said it would take 2-3 days for my delivery which was fine--I had enough meds to get me through until then. However, to my surprise, Fed Ex knocked on my door the next day that my package had arrived! Super quick and so easy! Thanks Walgreens for making things even easier for me to STAY AT HOME.

I had some meds transferred here and they were so good with telling me which times were the quietest to come in during the virus. I showed up at 8P no one was in the store and I was in and out in less than 2 mins. They were kind, friendly and quick.

I went to this location to get a vaccine and boy I was surprised by the two gentle men there who helped out prepare the vaccine in advance so I don't have to wait. I was having a busy day so that was really thoughtful! Also the person who gave the shot explained everything in detail and was very gentle with the shot. Amazing! This will be my go to Walgreens from now on.

Avoid Rite Aid + discount scam We received an email from Rite Aid which included a bar code to be used for in-store purchases. Not only does the Rite Aid in Chatham not accept using the bar code, but when I called the customer service number on the email I got a company that is not related to Rite Aid. Where is the Better Business Bureau when we need them?

This is the worst. I feel bad for the assistants that help the pharmacist. The actual pharmacists that work there are the so inconsiderate and rude. Your job is filling prescriptions...why do you act like it is the most inconvenient thing to do and find ANY reason to not fill it. I understand the craziness of addicts attempting to get their medication when it comes to those highly addictive opiates. They are just a horrific staff of pharmacist. I've been using the Walgreens on meridian forever and they are great. I was reminded tonight why I always drive a little further away to use the meridian location. The female pharmacist was rude and useless. I am guessing she is the reason behind all the horrific reviews. She just made up a reason to not fill my prescription. A prescription that has been written the same way for 2 years and filled at other pharmacy's and filled at her location as well. This was my first time dealing with her face to face. The reviews speak for themselves about this place. These reviews mean nothing with a corporation as big as Walgreens. All I am saying is these idiots have no business handling sick patients medication.

Pharmacy won't release prescriptions when pharmacist is on break. So even if your prescription is ready you take the risk of having to wait around for them to be on break

Rude check, clueless check, never returning to this location check! They literally couldn't answer the basic of questions. Not a problem I went to another location.

The selection, prices, and service are all good, but that lumpy-assed parking lot needs to be repaved.

Just wanted to say thank you to the unbelievably helpful folks that work at Rite Aid pharmacy in Chatham, NY. Trying to track down something that has been discontinued, it's usually a very daunting task every month to try to call tons of places and find it myself. These guys went over and above the call of duty, offering to pick up something that was close to where they lived, calling my doctor to get a new prescription, spending time with me to look up alternatives. Very grateful! Top-notch service.

If you are looking for the worst possible example of a Walgreen's than this is your store! Never fully stocked, terrible customer service, clueless employees...and don't get me started on their photo department. They make online ordering seem like such a simple gift idea but it is NEVER ready and half the time they tell you they don't have the items in stock to make your photo gift. Definitely accepting some fault for going back after a debacle during the holidays. Anyway, terrible, horrible, no good store.

I would give no stars if I could. This f-in place wouldn't sell me cigarettes because of my out of state drivers license has a bend in it from putting it in my front pocket and sitting down, numerous times. She asked the other cashier about it and he said my birthday was valid and that was my picture. Then she went and asked the manager anyways. The manager wouldn't allow my drivers license. Wtf? Almost 28 years old and I get denied cigarettes because of a bend? Are you f-in serious right now?! As it was I knew exactly where my cigarettes were on the cigarette stand and had to direct her towards them because she couldn't read or tell color when I specifically told her pall mall green 100s. She brings two packs and I told her I didn't need two packs. Just one thank you. She asked for my ID so I gave it to her and I'm really trying to pull a quick one? Seriously, WA has a different kind of fake almost feel and look to their licenses. Not at all like California. They bend easy. Never coming back to this Walgreens again and I can guarantee none of my peers will either. This is just wrong. Everywhere else has scanned the ID but they wouldn't even try to scan it or anything.

I am just leaving a review for the pharmacy. These are some of the most professional pharmacists I've found in the area. They are efficient, knowledgeable and kind. I switched to this pharmacy after the idiots at the CVS on Bascom could've killed me and my unborn child with their careless mistakes. Soooo happy I switched!

This is really for the pharmacy more than anything else. I have been using this pharmacy now for 3 years and I'm not really sure why I continue coming here. This past time trying to get a critical prescription filled was a nightmare. First they told me my insurance didn't cover it and instead of contacting my doctors office or even calling me to tell me (I had to call THEM because it was taking over a week to fill it) they just canceled the prescription altogether. So I called them again, this time was told they needed a prior authorization. No problem. So I called my doctors office (did the pharmacy's job for them). I called the next day, after my doctor submitted the prior authorization, and was told that this was not true, they did not need a prior authorization and it simply was not covered. Not reliable, not trustworthy and certainly not open an honest. I'm switching immediately.
