“Honestly, if it weren’t for one employee, I would give this place 5 stars without hesitation. I want to make it very clear that the rest of the staff here is fantastic. They’re friendly, helpful, and regularly go above and beyond. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with everyone else who works here. Unfortunately, my experiences with Christian have been the complete opposite. I normally avoid leaving negative reviews because I understand everyone can have a bad day. But this isn’t based on one interaction or even a handful of interactions. I’ve been coming here for years, and Christian has consistently been rude, dismissive, and unpleasant to deal with. At this point, if I walk in and see that he’s the only employee available, I genuinely consider turning around and leaving, and I’ve actually done that countless times. What finally pushed me to write this review is that it doesn’t seem limited to his interactions with me. I regularly hear the way he speaks to other customers, and sometimes I get frustrated just listening to it. After years of seeing the same attitude over and over again, I can’t chalk it up to someone simply having an off day anymore. It’s incredibly frustrating because I genuinely like this store and everyone else who works here. I shouldn’t dread having to interact with a cashier at a place I otherwise enjoy doing business with. Again, I cannot emphasize enough that this review is about ONE employee. The rest of the staff deserves 5 stars. Unfortunately, after years of dealing with the same behavior from Christian, I’m simply at the point where I’m done overlooking it.”

“This in my opinion is the better of the 7-11/Sunoco. The woman whonwork there are friendly in the morning and always have a smile. The coffee machine that actually grinds your beans and brews is always working and clean. Its usually has a table in the front with some deals too.”
