A conference center at the Chautauqua Institute. Dining room food is very good and varied. Sleeping rooms are comfortable. Meeting space is convenient for small conferences. In a beautiful location.

Kitchen staff is unsanitary and rude. Kitchen Staff does not understand performers schedules and the demands of the program. Food is prepared poorly and often re-served the following day if not eaten. No air conditioning proper ventilation.
