For Jennifer Leigh Mariano. Amazing massage. I am normally very picky about massage therapist and certainly ones that are going to do a more therapeutic type of massage. I can say honestly, this was the best therapeutic massage I’ve ever received and I will be booking consistently with her for two weeks at a time.

Not the one to leave negative reviews, but I couldn’t let my experience this past weekend go unnoticed. The spa itself has a great atmosphere very clean & well kept and in addition the owner is very kind. Writing about my experience, me and a friend of mine had getting blowouts by a young stylist. Due to the texture of my hair, I asked for some extra curls to be thrown in because my hair does not sustain a blowout, The curls were already falling out by the time I had left. My friends “blow out” Left her hair pin straight with little to no volume. This left us both having to rush to style our hair, before our event. Also, not to mention, the lack of experience from the young stylist left my scalp Burnt due to the high heat during the blow dry (see attached photo). The pricing between long and short hair is unfair, and if you are going to charge the same prices for each service the stylus performing the service should be more experienced.

The spa was clean and all the staff seemed very nice. I signed up for a 80 min massage. It was just OK and only lasted 70 min.The massage started at 11:40 ( my appt was 11:30) and at 12:50 the therapist said ok we are done. I have had many massages at different places and they all start the time at the time the massage starts.The massage therapist also did a lot of the massage through on top of the blanket and not on my skin. Don’t get me wrong as there was massage on my skin but needed to be more and less through blanket.Also for 80 min there should be massage on my scalp and my temples.It just was a very weird massage but I still enjoyed having one

What a find! I was looking for a spa to surprise my daughter on her 30th Birthday. St. Elmos was the perfect spa! The entire staff was was so professional, personable and made our day so memorable! I can't express in words how grateful I was that they went above and beyond to make her day special. Kevin (#2) is SO personable and provided all kinds of area recommendations while answering all my questions, being from out of state. The facial that Allie did was the best one I've ever had, my skin never felt or looked so good. Her facial massage techniques from scalp to fingers was as relaxing as the massage not to mention all the processes of the BioElements custom blend facial we had!I had noticeable improvements immediately on my concerns that she concentrated on. Mikayla and Julie provided professional pedicures and manicures with soothing masks on both. Finally, the owner Julie, who personally takes so much pride in her spa, goes out of her way to make you feel special. She made sure we had space for our mimosas and charcuterie tray for the day. Also, that our timing was in sync with all of our services. We both experienced the Grand Retreat package and she was correct that I'll never go back to 6o min massage when you can have 80 glorious minutes of total relaxation with Kevin (#1)! He gives professional, relaxing and the best massage! The spa is very clean, relaxing and all around a great place. I would highly recommend if you are in this area. Even though it is a 2 hr drive for me, I can't wait to schedule more visits!

(Update)- That is not what happened. You spoke with my friend. According to her the woman at the desk stated “You can venmo her or get her lunch.” As for one human error- that is unfortunately one of three incidences. It is unprofessional to run someone’s card without their verification. You charged me for services I did not know I was being charged for. It is your employees responsibility to verify with the customer of what they are paying for. I signed for the heavenly escape package. You tacked on the additional massage without my knowledge or consent. I am sorry that your employees struggle to run your front desk effectively. I hope you are able to train them properly to avoid similar situations in the future. I will contact you for the receipts- one with my signature and one without.Great massages and facials. The front desk staff needs additional training. They are disorganized. They incessantly reminded us of our appointment, yet they botched payment. My friend and I explicitly asked to split payment, but they failed to do that. I have a charge on my acct that I did not verify. It would have been a great experience, if it wasn’t for the front desk.

The staff were really nice and the place is cute, but unfortunately the nail polish started chipping after day 2 and I was told it would last the bones of a week

I have been several times and always leave feeling more relaxed and refreshed than when I got there. Highly recommend St Elmo spa!!!

I had a back facial, facial, blow dry and manicure. The facials and blow dry were okay but the manicure was awful. She did one coat of polish, missed many spots and one day later, nails are peeling. Don’t waste your money.

My sister and I went for massages and reflexology sessions. The technician's shorted us on time, thinking we weren't paying attention and that we were ignorant of how spa services are provided. The receptionist listened to our concerns and adjusted our fee accordingly. However, we felt disrespected as though they would have rather not performed the service at all. If the masseaus would rather not provide services during the off season then the facility should not book appointments during that time. The two stars are for the cleanliness of the facility and the professional manner of the receptionist.

This was a wonderful massage experience! Julie and her team were amazing. My husband and I both had massages. Kevin and Sara had incredible technique. The rest of the facilities were beautiful. Wish we’d had time for more treatments! I’d highly recommend!

Issues with rescheduling an appointment. Instead of working with the client ( mother of 3, full time employed, medical issues) to reschedule, the money that was paid for the appointment was kept, and the client never received any service. Awful customer service.
