“Placed an order in February for some bulbs that I ended up not picking up. Assumed it would be cancelled and forgot about it. Got an email today saying thanks for picking it up, which I never did especially if I'm sitting at home. Manager was nice and refunded me but employees should verify stuff is picked up especially if they no longer have the item where it should be and actually cancel an order correctly.”

“I bought a stove at this incredible company. I bought the warranty 4 years. I had a problem with the door it wasn't closing properly called the warranty company they sent out a repairman after a month to fix it he comes says it can't be fixed. He really didn't do anything as far as I was concerned. I called the warranty company they said well that's not covered. I called WNY appliances 4 less Alex came out that day. He worked on it but he said he needed his assistant to work with him. They came the next day fixed the stove. This is truly the best company I have ever dealt with. Polite professional and they know what they're doing. Got it fixed. 1 2 3 if you need an appliance, check this place out you won't be sorry”

She was so helpful and knowledgeable about the different makes and models, not to mention super patient with my questions and sizing concerns. “Do not buy a GE dryer from here. GE has no service center, so as we wait now over 7 weeks without our "new" dryer working.
GE sent a service tech who replaced the ignitor and said if that wasn't the fix it had to be the gas regulator. His so-called fix didn't even last for a load of clothes.
Now GE sent a thermostat to the house, obviously the cheaper guess at what could be wrong... and the service techs have repeatedly either not shown up or cancelled. Days wasted staying at home waiting without even receiving a phone call.
Total garbage buying a GE appliance.. buyer beware.
UPDATE!!!.. was emailed almost immediately and they are bringing out a "new" dryer on Friday!!!

UPDATE AFTER DELIVERY... a little scuffing on the door that was noted by the delivery guys... but... it's actually drying clothes!...

“This man is a blessing!!! I went to EVERY major supply store around to find a replacement gas valve for my boiler. NONE could help. I started to just google and call supply stores and saw this small shop after my 3rd attempt. I called him and described my situation and he HANDLED IT. Didn’t even have to finish describing the part I needed. He responded with knowledge I didn’t even give yet and said he had a BETTER replacement. Picked it up in an hour and for a reasonable price!! Greg you are the man and my OFFICIAL supplier and reference for heating & cooling needs brother!”

“I Love Ron and the staff here. I have paid off a. 55" TV and furniture set, and received great deals on both. I plan on purchasing a washer/dryer here next. I've never had any bad experiences here honestly, And I don't get paid for reviews. Ron has always been very lenient when it came to financial hardships. He will send someone out right away if there is something wrong with a product with no questions asked. And he even gives Cheerful Birthday calls. I can not speak on anyone else's experience but if you cannot afford to buy things straight out, this is the company to go through.”
“I've gone to this Home Depot many many times and it's usually pretty good. Most recently I went and the one product I was looking for had a price sticker on the shelf, but the space where the product should have been was filled by something completely different. Luckily an employee came around the corner at that same minute and asked if I needed help. I explained the situation, but he was kind of surly and didn't believe the store even carried the product I was asking for despite there being a price sticker on the shelf for it. He then whipped out his inventory/price checker and found that I was right and a shipping box with several of the products was stashed away on a higher shelf. He got me on my way by getting the rolling stairs and grabbing that box and one of the products.”

“Love love the place, they have great prices and services, but just a piece of advice is to really pay attention to details on delivery and the items that are being delivered. Not everything is the delivery guys fault when it comes to broken items, sometimes they come like that. It might be best for the store to really look at those details before the ship the items out. I don't know, there must be a way to make sure that it's not broken or damaged specifically if you are not buying it used but brand new. Other than that they are wonderful.”
