We were greeted immediately. Our request was handled professionally, and in a friendly manner, with an eagerness to resolve the situation. Not only did we leave with two new cell phones and a new AT&T account, but also Apple watches for both of us. We cannot say enough positive things about our experience at this location. Great job guys!

My experience was great I worked with Evan and the manager there. Both were very friendly and helped me through everything I needed as we started my lines with AT&T! I know if I ever have any issues I can go there and I'll be helped with prompt, and great customer service!

Galleria mall, 8:45 PM, 7/28/23: Andrew Dix, the retail sales consultant, was outstanding. He was really very PATIENT (I’m an old man!), helpful, informative, friendly, QUICK! Due to his suggestion, I’m seriously considering using AT&T for my TV service. Thank you for your help! It is appreciated.

This review is not about the store but about ATT and their firstnet service. It has been a nightmare and there have been so many instances of the ATT being unfair.Most recently they had a promotion to upgrade a phone without any charges and while I completely had paid off for my last phone I upgraded the device only to be told months later that the particular device is on finance and I would have to keep the new device for next three years while paying 1$ each month for finance.When I asked them if I could pay the whole amount once they asked me to pay 1000$.Also there have been multiple instances where they would charge me extra dues without any notification for example charging for upgrade service or insurance that I was never asked for or opted to.I have been spending hours sometime over the phone trying to rectify my bills. Please, do not consider thus service if you have a job or you are someone with a busy schedule.

if i could give this “business” 0 stars i would. the manager completely just straight up lied to us about how much our bill was going to be. when we went back to talk to him, he said we were wrong and lying. called customer service and literally no one cares, the only way to get any type of solution is to file a complaint with the bbb. we’re canceling our plan because we were completely lied to and apparently they “can’t” change our bill to what we were told it was going to be. do not waste your time or money with these scammers.

Worst experience ever I Would not recommend atnt to anyone, they made it sound so good at the beginning ,I bought 2 iPhones from them and transferred 5 phone lines all the lines got ported fine and we were making calls despite the low signal bars and the issues with drop calls and text messages, 4 weeks later with out any notification 3 of the phone lines got cancelled we called and asked why? I even went couple times to the store trying to get this issue resolved ,now 3 of the phone numbers are lost because of them, and they would not take the phones back, I ended up paying them for the 2 phones in full so I can leave at&t for good it's like I was forced to buy the phones they acted like they are helping all they did is give you the runaround and the smart talk even though they knew they were wrong and it's their fault .

The manager Jonathan was very rude and unhelpful to me. Would not recommend AT&T to anyone. Very unprofessional.
