Best Buy, a well-known electronics store, has received mixed reviews from customers. While some have had positive experiences, such as friendly and knowledgeable staff, quick and easy transactions, and satisfactory curbside pickup, others have encountered issues with customer service and product delivery. One customer had a concerning experience when purchasing a refrigerator. Despite the manager's assurance that the model had a dual ice maker, the customer later discovered this was not the case. The manager's failure to take accountability and provide a reasonable solution left the customer dissatisfied and considering taking their business elsewhere. On the other hand, another customer praised the quick and efficient service provided by an employee named Louis, who stepped in to manage the line and ensure a smooth experience for multiple customers. Some reviews also suggest that Best Buy may sometimes encourage customers to shop online instead of in-store, which can be disappointing for those seeking a more personalized shopping experience. Overall, Best Buy appears to offer a mixed bag of experiences, with both positive and negative feedback from customers. While the store provides a convenient option for purchasing electronics, the quality of customer service and problem-solving can vary, leaving some customers feeling underserved.
Walked through the store to go into the mall, and I think most people do the same. It's a smaller size Best-buy, but it's quite nice. Clean, and tons of selection for TVs.

The staff were very friendly. I was greeted at the door and asked if I needed any help to which I was then directed to where I needed to go. The lady who helped me once I got to the counter had a happy go lucky spirit and helped me in a matter of minutes and I was on my way. Very well kept store.

JT in appliances was extremely helpful and polite. Made shopping for a new washer and dryer easy. It’s a shame Best Buy doesn’t give him commission though, he deserved it.
