After reading a bunch of the other reviews, I must disagree with quite a few. The room I stayed in is very spacious. The bed is very comfortable and the other end of the room has a sofa, coffee table and table work area. The shower was great. High water pressure, very functional shower head and hot water. Relaxing. The bathroom is huge.
The breakfast is also great and the scrambled eggs and bacon are delicious! They could invest in a waffle maker to go with their pancake maker.
I will be staying here again.

Would not recommend this place. We stayed for a team event and the better part of the team had to change rooms or had complaints due to leaking toilets or HVAC not controlling or making noises. The hotel was recently over hauled so it presents itself well, but is that is the extent of it. The hallways ran 40deg and lobby ran 60deg in Feb!
This is place is in a questionable part of town, there is a nightclub next door and the hotel guests coming in and out were concerning. For the price we paid for the team booking it wasn’t worth it.

Shower light is impossible to shutoff, temperature control is shot so Im writing this review in a boiling room. Sleeping in a car would be just as uncomfortable. Spend your money elsewhere

BED BUGS!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! This place is horrible. Plugs don't work, coffeemaker is in the bathroom 🤮🤢. And major BEDBUG ISSUES!!!!!

Location was convenient for our arena travels as part of hockey tournament, but this place was gross. Carpets in hallways were filthy. Rooms were small, dirty. Bedding was dirty. Heat didn't work. Went a whole night without power and heat. Several, families had to be moved to different rooms. Back entry doors didn't lock, so anyone could access hotel hallways. Police were on site several times for issues with other guests. Would NOT recommend staying here!

Recently stayed at worst western inn.
Yes it was the worst experience we have ever had, first for price we expected better rooms.
Rooms were old and dirty. Very fewer amenities.
No bathtub.
For same price we have stayed at better place.
To make things, worst their service horrible too, no room cleaning services or towel service.
Their staff expect us to come to fromt desk and pick up new towels and refills if you stay more than 2 days.
Breakfast is cold
Better one should spend few bucks extra and choose other better option, i m sure it will he worth it.

Thank you to the woman cleaning up breakfast right from underneath us this morning because we ended up having a fantastic breakfast at Athens...we were going to leave a pretty good review because the room was clean, but when someone is as rude as this woman, I simply cannot . The woman pretty much took milk out of my husband's hand as he was reaching for it in the fridge, and she turned off the toaster with my bagel inside it. I understand that breakfast ends at 9 (were there at 8:58, didn't know this as it was not stated as such, and most places are usually 10), but there are better ways to treat people, especially people that just paid you good money for a mediocre room...we will not be back.

Will not stay here ever again or any BW location after this stay.
Shady staff-
My father landed before I did and tried to check into the hotel early. The guy at the front desk on Friday 1/10/25 told him it was $25 cash only to avoid taxes for early check in and pocketed the money.
The room-
There were bed bugs found in our beds after waking up itchy with bumps all over my arms legs and head.
Very loud-
The hotel staff let kids run up and down the halls both upstairs and downstairs all night from 8pm-2am, screaming running stomping and hitting doors.
The doors and window are so paper thin you are able to hear everyone walking by and hear them clear as day as if they’re in your room.
Poor quality hotel.

Stayed here for about a week & a half, employees were very friendly and helpful as always, great personalities, and nice to talk to. Christina was our favorite person because of her bold personality & kindness towards us! Literally helped us switch a fridge and constantly making sure we had everything we needed! Y'all be kind to her! ❤️
(I will add someone made literal 🌽 in one of the rooms close to us, so it's possible that will happen at least once in a while. It literally echoes down the halls/rooms if someone is loud enough, but if that happens just ask the front desk or either knock on their door yourself)

Hotel is 20 minutes away from Niagara Fall. It is a good deal if you are looking for budget travel at Niagara Fall area with Breakfast & free parking. Hotel is also at the center of Buffalo which is very convenience to get to many locations. Clean and nice staff.

For a 2 star hotel I had a 5 star experience...meaning it got the job done! Room was clean. Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was really good. I would return!

Television was garbage, sound was awful and choice of channels was poor. Room was in need of renovations. Bed was so old it sagged in the middle, carpet was worn , sofa had stains and a hole in it. Mould in the bathroom, plenty of hot water but be careful as it was hot enough to scold. Location was not what was expected. Breakfast was standard fare but the front desk people were very friendly.

First and foremost—bedbugs. The rooms themselves are dingy and old, but spacious. They could be a little cleaner. The shower was great. The mattress and pillows were hard and lumpy. Walls are thin. The customer service is good and the location is great. Close to the airport and downtown Buffalo.
