My husband and I had a very hectic tax year between a small business, deceased parent estate, personal income taxes, bought a home, sold another home, both of us switched FT jobs so we had multiple W2... and I wasn’t very organized, as embarrassing as that is. We were greeted by the nicest receptionist I’ve probably ever encountered. I apologized profusely for the state of our paperwork but she so kindly and cavalierly said “Don’t worry! Well all figure it out together, that’s what we’re here for!” We only waited for 10 minutes in the the waiting room and then we got to meet Pat. SUCH a nice guy!!! And extremely knowledgeable. He’s so down-to-earth and friendly. He also caught an error that we’d been making for two years on something... something we wouldn’t have known, and something our previous preparer didn’t even catch, just because his due-diligence in double/triple checking things.”
