Long story short. I broke my screen. Had appointment for repair.. 3pm. was told 1.5 to 2 hours needed. Leave come back at 5.15. Was told he was busier than expected to give him another hour. But tells me I broke the back as there was no case on it also. Shows me a VERY shattered back. Told him was not broke I inspected it AFTER I took it out of its case. He says he will order one for free..(again trying to save words here to make this short) Now 6.15 was told ten more minutes. Walk in he says not done yet lots of customers coming and going. Bull I sat in parking lot outside door in car.. Big lie. Only 2 and they were in and out. 7pm I walk in very up set.. He says LCD screen defective have to order another one. Shows me it it has "green" bars going across it. He does some more work on so I can take it with me. Leave at 7.30pm. Note. This is a business phone. So I leave with it with no back.. Next day.. 11AM says he has "new" LCD come in. Hmm miracle fast over night shipping?? I arrive at 12. Phone repair finally done at 3pm.Ok. Weeks go by and when doing lots of typing (like I'm doing now) screen would start flashing "green" then turn solid green. Non usable. Turn off next day be ok again till I did a bunch of typing. Call speak to owner of store. (Al) was advised it's under warranty. Ordering a new screen. Make appointment he says he'd be there and doing the work. Show up no Al. Employee has no clue about this and can't find a new LCD for this. Calls Al from back room. Walks out to me carring a phone. Not mine. Says Al approved him to sell me this NEW phone for 200 plus trade in. I ask new not refurbished???. He says yes new just took it out of box to show me. I'm again up set as I know something is not right. Bitting my lip I agree mainly for the reason out of concern what will get broken when they have to take my phone apart again. He transfers over my info in old phone to this one. NOTE. you have to log back into your Gmail account. HE ASKED ME FOR MY PASS WORD.. I reached over took phone and put it in... Ok all done. All appears working fine. I ask for it's box manual charger etc. He says they don't come that way it's just phones now. Grrrrr. Now I'm pis... I turn and leave before I start saying things I may regret. Get home Google this phone up it's a 2019 model and discontinued. This is 2021 correct?Maybe my experience is a one time situation but due to my experience if I ever have phone problems in the future I will be taking it else where.
