We visited this store as a group and were warmly greeted by Garry Bergman at the entrance. He and the staff were highly professional and knowledgeable. The store offers an impressive collection of fishing gear and outdoor equipment. We’ll definitely shop here again.

Don't get ammo here; they are slow as molasses, too busy complaining to each other about having to work. Any other place I've ever got ammo it took them 2 minutes to type in my profile and then maybe 5 minutes for me to be approved. At this place I waited 25 minutes and all of a sudden they said I've been delayed and I asked well what have they been doing for the last 25 minutes if I have just now been delayed, and they said they were "typing it in". There was only one person ahead of me, they told me so, so how can it take that long? To wait 25 minutes and still go home with no ammo is pathetic.

I went to return something at the customer service counter today and was told to leave my already purchased shirt behind the counter to go shop for the size I wanted to exchange my shirt for. I left the shirt at the counter with a male and returned to nobody at the desk. There was two workers at the end where the licenses are purchased, who were busy helping other customers, not a problem of course. I was waiting for any worker to be available to help, as my already purchased merchandise was behind the counter. A lady named Beth who was still helping another customer had walked over to me and said " what do you guys need" in the nastiest tone I have ever heard from a customer service representative. I then proceeded to tell her I was just looking for help with a return and that my shirt was behind the counter and she then exclaimed "well, it is going to be a minute. Once again no problem I could see they had their hands full. She was the rudest employee I have come in contact with at this store and wish her the best! I waited 20 minutes at the counter just to return the shirt. Horrible service with nasty employees.

We went here on a Thursday night about an hour before closing and it was wonderful, very little crowd so plenty of employees available for any questions. I had two kids with me so we checked out the big fish tank at the back which was super entertaining. They seem to have good prices and a great variety of outdoor equipment, gear and clothing. Plenty of parking, very clean and organized inside.

Great outdoor sporting/hunting store. They filled my online order quickly and accurately and the in store pick up was smooth and easy. I definitely recommend Cabela's for all your outdoor activities!

We had a fantastic experience at Cabela’s. Lauren was an absolute diamond. She helped my partner with all his questions and took the time to look for items that weren’t in stock. Very helpful and made us feel special by actually caring and not hurrying us on. Customer service at its finest.
The store is beautifully laid out, orderly and lots to offer. From clothing, kitchenware, gifts, sunglasses, bbq’s and much much more to choose from. It’s a pleasure to walk into a store and leave feeling content. We will definitely be coming back.

Purchased a vacation package with Bluegreen vacation that covered 3 nights' hotel stay at this Cabelas. Both me and my friend purchased a 3 day package. Once I arrived at the destination location in Florida, I was told they would only honor one night stay even though the itinerary said otherwise. Was told I would have to pay an additional $250 to cover the 3 night stay we already paid for when purchasing the package. Cabelas is allowing this pyramid scheme to operate at all their locations. This used to be one of my favorite stores. After this experience, I am done with Cabellas and Bass Pro shops

The store is absolutely beautiful. Well organized and clean. We went there on Saturday February 1st 2025. The gentlemen working the floor around the fishing department were not much help at all, unfortunately. I asked two associates at different times to help me find Alabama rigs and tube jigs. Neither of them knew what they were. They looked at me like I had 3 heads. I’m sorry, but if you work in a sporting goods store, you should at least know something about sporting goods. Very disappointed with the service.

Nice store, but there are long waits to purchase ammo. I ran into an issue with my id having the wrong address on it, they wouldn't accept an electric bill as proof of address but would accept a water bill. We don't have town water bc we live in the country. I was very confused why they wouldn't accept the electric, as it's a utility bill just the same. I didn't have my car registration as I'm on vacation and have a rental. Left frustrated about waiting so long just to leave empty handed.
