A poorly managed business. Purchased an area rug that required sizing and the edges to be bound. One would think that this would be an easy purchase. After repeated calls to this store for the completion status of this order and finally a trip to this establishment I was informed that the rug was ready for pick up a month and a half ago. So much for inventory management! I would expect from an owner to do a follow up call from an unsatisfactory / customer review for how to improve future transactions. One would think that customer satisfaction would be paramount to this businesses success!

Both men were very friendly and helpful. I found what I wanted and the price was good.
Update- I wasn’t happy when I got the carpet home. Nothing serious, but the carpet was covered in stuff from being bound, they didn’t even brush it off. They also included the scraps they cut off, so now I have to throw it out. The rug looks good, I did have to trim some strings off. Attention to detail matters.

Our experience was amazing from the estimate all the way thru installation. The entire staff was attentive and communicated every step of the way. We had five rooms changed from carpet to laminate. It looks great. I highly recommend Carpet Factory Outlet.

They have decent prices, if you don’t mind the low quality and carelessness. The men that installed my carpet caused damage to multiple freshly painted walls, and forgot to staple down parts of our carpet. Not to mention their unprofessional attitudes and the loud music while they were in our house. Overall pretty disappointing. I will not be returning in the future for my rental properties.

Poor customer service. We received damaged floors and after returning them we waited months for the replacements....and never got them. Now no one there has any recollection of the return and is essentially treating me like a liar. With so many other flooring options, I suggest avoiding this place.
