“Awesome customer service at this store and an awesome selection of baby clothes!! I found the best pj’s here with a double zipper!!!! (Whoever made baby pj’s with buttons… shame!! Lol)”
“What's not to love about Gap kids? The clothes are of very good quality and affordable when purchased during one of the many sales. Some of the styles are virtually scaled down adult Jean's and shirts that look amazing on kids. The pajamas are super soft and cottony and the tiny undies can't be beat. Two year olds out of diapers need underpants that fit! Many brands start at larger sizes. This location is very organized and spacious with pandemic rules in place including spots on the floor at checkout for social distancing and mask wearing signs aplenty. And hand sanitizer is available. We were greeted at entry and that was it. Nice to know if we need anything they're available but browsing was undisturbed. The cashier was meticulous about neatly folding the small articles of clothing, baby things are not easy to fold! She took great care, was courteous and kind. Lastly, I noticed a phone charging station available, something I'd never seen, see photos. Not sure if I'd use it, but seemed innovative. Galleria location of Gap is the best in the area for selection and service.”
“This is an excellent store much better than New York City Queens, overall customer service especially Syed is very very courteous knowledgeable experience cashier.”
“Store was great was just sad that there is soo little a selection of newborn/ infant clothes. Also sugar and jade should be carried in store so you can see and touch it before ordering off line.”
“We had a great experience. Had an appointment walked in abd checked in and they had us in the room smiling within 10 mins of arrival. Fast and to the point. Made it easy with buying options on packages and they turned out perfect for our christmas cards”
“The staff at this store is wonderful! Everyone I interacted with today was very kind and went out of their way to help me out when I needed it even though the store was busy. Thank you!”
