I love everything about Citizens Bank. I wouldn't bank any where else.

This bank is fine generally... but I stayed with this bank because they had hours that average working people could work with. They used to have a short opening on Sunday, and at least one late night to make it in... but now they have NEITHER?! That was the entire reason to stay with this bank :(
