My daughter left her wallet in a shopping cart and it was returned and that’s rare for others to care I really appreciate the kindness of the person who returned it!!!;)

I am rating todays experience. I decided to buy a rotisserie chicken for dinner. One of the chickens looked like someone had eaten the skin from the top. The chicken I brought home was missing a leg. I wish I wouldn't have bought it..I know I won't buy one from them ever again. They need to keep closer supervision on the ready to eat foods because there are a lot of weird people out there and they don't stop at nothing. In fact, I think that self serve ready to eat food and meals is a very unhealthy idea all the way around.

Tops thank you for doing the Veterans Day discount. However, one observation. I was just in line with three men two in front of me one behind me. The two men in front of me each presented a veteran document but not military ID card or a retiree ID card The cashier enthusiastically said to each one of them. “Thank you for your service.” Then it was my turn. I said you’ve got all the veterans in your line today. The cashier looked up at me and said it’s not for dependents. And I explained and presented my military ID as a 30 year retiree and said I’m not a dependent. The cashier just then started swiping my items. When he was finished, he did not thank me for my service, or being a veteran or anything of the like. I was still adjusting my wallet and putting the bag in my cart when the individual behind me presented his DD 214 and the cashier said oh sir thank you for your service. Your cashiers misogyny is noted. After 30 years in the military, I’m used to sort of the constant overt gender discrimination. But it’s disappointing that it still occurs when something like a very gracious offer of a discount on Veterans Day is biased towards men.

I had asked a bunch of tops to do a certain cake for me and they gave me a bit of a hard time bhr this tops bakery went above and beyond for me without hesitation. I absolutely loved how much work they put into it . It came out so nice.

So if I could give a negative 5 star review I would. I have ALWAYS shopped here and use Instacart too. (I know Instacart is whole other entity) My complaint goes to the ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS worker who called my phone nearly 20 times and harassed my boyfriend and I over missed groceries ON HER PART. I want to shout out Melody who we have dealt with numerous times… she’s great and very efficient! To the girl who absolutely ruined us shopping at this location… you need to reevaluate and relearn how to talk to customers. You talking over my boyfriend over the phone was insane and totally uncalled for. We will never return and instead go to Wegmans moving forward.
