Terrible experience. Screaming children. Dirty hallways. Low class bar with bartender who has no idea how to make a drink. Checking out of bar, a very young man had to get bartender from her smoke outside, to ring us out. We have been Bonvoy clients for years.! And never had such a bad experience. Will never stay at BuffaloMarriot Courtyard again

I just have to mention the shuttle driver Tamika! She was prompt and kind even when I arrived at midnight. She got my heavy bag and was so pleasant to talk with. I felt very safe in the rain. Definitely an A+ experience.

Concrete hotel. Very quiet. No noise in the halls or from outside. Well built with attention to detail so you feel you are staying at a high end hotel
Very clean. Fitness room one of the cleanest I have seen.
Room was great size and spacious
Would stay here again.

Tamica the airport shuttle driver was incredible. Customer service and willingness to help is unlike any other. She definitely made our stay incredible. Can’t say enough about her.

Location was great for airport convenience! It’s about a 3 minute drive to and from airport. The food in the hotel Bistro bar area is really good, but if you want options, there’s a few restaurants within walking distance. The gentleman at the front desk was so pleasant and helpful. Rooms are super clean and comfortable.

Upon arriving at the airport, I called the hotel to request their 24-hour shuttle service. I was told the shuttle would be sent right away, so I headed to the hotel shuttle area. Upon arrival, I found two colleagues waiting for the same shuttle. They had been waiting for 30 minutes with no sign of the shuttle. After waiting for another 10 minutes, we called the hotel again, and they told us to take a taxi, with the hotel covering the cost. I was taken aback as to why this wasn't mentioned earlier.
Later, when I entered my room, I found half-eaten pizza on the desk and the bed looking slept in. I immediately informed the overnight staff that it seemed like a mix-up, as it appeared someone else was already in the room. However, the staff member gave me attitude, insisting that no one was in the room and dismissing it as a mistake. I felt like I was being gaslighted. It made me question if this is the way society is going to be from now on. Don't make this seem like I'm the problem. The person at the desk claimed I'm the only one here and I'm doing the best I can do. Well then, management do better.

My family of 4 stayed there for a night on a hockey trip. The room was clean, and pretty large compared to rooms I've had at other Courtyard properties. No complaints.

Clean place and up to date. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean, comfortable bedding, and bathrooms were clean.

Update: Management made the obligatory call since i opened a case with Marriott over the inaction of their staff, they then banned our group from staying in their hotel for posting negative reviews about their staff, so be aware this hotel punishes guests who have poor experience with their staff.
Had to call the police because my 14 year old son was chased by 7 late teen early adults at 11pm at night in the hotel hallway.
Security refused to call the cops. Basically eye rolling and making faces when cops came.
The same franchisee owns all 3 in this spot, the Fairfield inn and the town suites. Same security guard who isn’t guarding anyone and is the opposite of security is “monitoring” all 3 properties
we called the cops after the guard refused to. The guard wouldn’t even check the camera to assure my kid that those who chased him left.
I asked to speak to ownership. They refused to do anything so this review was posted.
No one here will help you.
Somehow the employees managed to change my marriot bonvoy email as both my wife and my email were changed right after this incident (we have 2 rooms here one in my name one in hers and we both got a notice of the changed email)
Something here is shady. Guard and employees were trying to hide something or cover up I’m not sure but behavior was weird

i do not recommend this. the service apon entrance, never even said hello to us and just gave us the key. the service doesn’t even care. there was hair inside my food too. not going again, overpriced hotel.
Food and drinks: the food tastes good but there is hair in it. the drinks are fine.
