Always stay here when I visit Buffalo. Rooms are great and the staff is always helpful. They don't offer continental breakfast but they do have a decent restruant and there's a Starbuck and Tim Hortons that are walkable.

Courtyard and Marriott properties are always first class - however Rooms and facility in general at this location getting a little tired - major hassles getting checked

It was a very pleasant stay for our family of 3. Complete value for the money paid. The staff were very courteous and we did not have any hassle during checkin or checkout. Room was clean and spacious. Was exactly as advertised on the site. Used the gym once. It was very clean and all equipments in perfect working condition. Clean napkins were provided on all treadmills. Did not use the pool but could see quite a few guests who did. The in house bistro was good though the menu was limited and wait time slightly on the higher side. But no complaints overall.

Checked in at 4:00 a.m. on Saturday morning. Staff was at hand and helpful. Couldn't have been a nicer room to collapse in after an overnight drive from Baltimore MD.Next morning while I was getting ready to attend a funeral, I dropped my eyeglasses and frame broke. Front desk staff (Austin, Iris Bailey, Sheena) tried to help me to put glasses back together, but we had little success. Kitchen staff member (Jeff "Cowboy" Meredith) was able to put glasses together with Gorilla duct tape. Not stylish but they got me through the day. Thanks so much to all four of you.— Tim Nugent (Rm 331)Rooms: Seemed to practically new. I don't travel much, but seem to have all the necessary amenities. Pleasant decor throughout hotelNearby activities: Airport. Fast food. Restaurants. Major highways.

The airport is very noisy and is right across the street. They don't have any breakfast Buffet here. The TV in the room was not visible from the bed. It was on the desk and turned 90° from the bed and a large cabinet was in the way. This is a terrible design and should be changed.

Everything was good from the shuttle to checking, lodge, shuttle back to airport. Ask for Tom as your shuttle driver, pretty awesome gentleman.

Nice place. Staff are very courteous, friendly to talk with. Room was really nice. Place was definitely clean. Convenient as the Buffalo airport was right across the street. If I'm ever up in that area again, I would definitely stay there.

Great place to stay! Loved every aspect of this hotel. Very comfortable bed, plenty of work space, lobby has plenty of space to unwind, plenty of food and beverage options. The entire staff was very friendly. The room was very clean and quite cozy. The water pressure was perfect with plenty of hot water. The room was quiet from outside noise. The hotel is literally right across the street from Buffalo International Airport. The falls and downtown are approximately 25 minutes out. Galleria mall is 5 min away. Highly recommend staying of you are in the area!!Rooms: Roomy, very clean. Comfortable.Nearby activities: Airport. ShoppingFood & drinks: Serves all 3 meals. Not a large menu, but something for everyone.

The only reason I did t give it 5 stars is the fact that they didn’t have breakfast included and it was the most expensive of the three Marriott hotels in the block.

A good airport hotel. A somewhat austere bar/bistro is made welcoming by the staff. The food won’t win a Michelin star but it certainly does the job.

After reading reviews about cleanliness, we are truly shocked that our room had bed bugs!We checked in late after 10:30pm. The room looked decent, just a strand of hair and a little dirt on walls and mirror - we figured no big deal. While getting ready to turn in for the night around 12:30am, to my disbelief I noticed a BED BUG on the pillow!! We immediately took a photo and video, killed it, packed up our stuff and headed to the front desk.I quietly informed the lady at the counter that I hated to be the person to bring this up (as I am not the type of person to complain) showed her the video/photos and her exact words were “What’s your room number (418), I’ll switch your rooms” I asked has this happened before? She responded “this sort of thing happens with public lodging”. She showed no empathy or gave any sort of apologetic tone. We asked if switching our room was the best she could do as this was extremely unsettling and we wanted to either move to a sister hotel or be compensated. She responded “it’s not like I can call an exterminator right now and there’s a hockey tournament this weekend so it’s unlikely… and you would need to contact Expedia for compensation(since we booked through them)”.We decided to head to our new room and checked the room as best as we could (took another 45mins) to ensure there weren’t any bed bugs. Fortunately we didn’t see anything besides an opened bag of M&Ms in between the wall and dusty nightstand and a coffee bean on the floor (took photos of this as well). We left this hotel feeling disgusted not only by the bed bug, lack of attention to deep cleaning, sleeping anxiously because of what we experienced but as well as the terrible customer service provided. We will NEVER come back to this hotel and will warn others when traveling to Buffalo to avoid at all costs.Rooms: King room had an awkward layoutNoteworthy details: You wouldn’t expect bed bugs at this hotel for the price you pay, but here they are.
