Mike “the manager” was terrible no customer service skills I activated a phone less then 24 hrs and needed my old phone turned on and he refused to refund my $10.66 back and rudely walked away. I had to pay another $10.66Cam the other salesperson in the store was helpful and accommodating. Then people wonder why people switch carriers. No customer service skills I would give zero stars if I could.

Went to Cricket today on Union Rd. Cheektowaga and nobody was there to open store at 10a.m. Went again at 11 15 sombody showed up but store was still not ready to open. WOW?

The fat person in this store was trying to over charge me. My plan was $60, $25 activation fee plus tax. He was asking for $126. I asked why is it this amount and he told me that tax is high! I asked him if I can see the bill but he got panicked. The final bill was $93.

Store clerk was not very helpful. She said the network was not working and we needed to buy a new phone. The next customer was told to wait until tomorrow and try their phone again.

Had the most horrible service at this cricket. All they care about is "selling the phones" and to hell with helping you when there is a definite problem with unlocking the screen. After spending nearly an hour trying to unlock my 2 day old brand new phone, then coaxing me to file a claim only to send me out the door with a useless phone. I endedup calling the manufacturer to walk me thru unlocking it, so it's useable again. Don't buy from this cricket because their customer service is unknowledgeable and could care less about helping to rectify any problems you may have in the future.

I purchased a phone at the Union Rd. store yesterday 11/7. Realized it still wasn't right so went to return it today 11/8. I was going to exchange it for a different manufacturer but the clerk was rude and wouldn't help me because I didn't have my receipt. I asked him to look up my account and see that I had purchased it. He said no. I went to the Seneca St. store and that clerk helped me tremendously. Did everything the Union Rd. clerk said he couldn't. So I bought a new phone from Seneca St. and will deal with the return at Union tomorrow. This clerk is costing the store money. If I lose my $260 because of this I will be taking someone to court.

I will give 5 stars for Brandon. Everytime he's taken care of my phone issues, he was very professional. I've been in this location several times and have interacted with several agents. My visit before this last one made me consider moving to a different vendor. Rude and short tempered agents ignoring concerns I and other customers had. A female agent more interested in ordering her lunch than helping the line of customers in the store that day. Another question is why is there NO designated Handicapped Parking? There are 2 1/2 parking spots in the front and several behind the store, that are INCONVENIENT to those of us who have mobility problems. Give us one of those spots please.
