As a previous Supervisor for CVS Pharmacy, I avoided this store for months because the night staff was horrible. You could never find an employee to even check you out, waiting for 10 to 20 minutes for one person to come out of the back even when it was busy, and then they were very rude. One night a few weeks back I HAD to run in because I absolutely needed something and I was amazed that the store was more organized, fully stocked and clean. Then, I did not have to wait to check out! First time I was able to run in and out of the store. Ever since that stop, I have become a regular customer again and it has been a consitant great experience. ALL of the staff is friendly, but DQ ESPECIALLY! He could teach customer service, and he could teach others how to bag your purchases, I joke that he is a specialist at it! So, stop in and give a shout out to DQ because he is wonderful! Maybe a bit shy at first!! The store has been more organized, very great on their stock. I am very impressed with the changes and I now enjoy shopping there for the first time ever. I could see DQ becoming a manager some day, I would have been proud to have worked beside him in a management position any day. Very hard worker! So thank you DQ and all the staff members for making my stops pleasant, I no longer avoid this store. And if anyone else avoids this store because of past experiences, I suggest you give it another chance, I am certain that you too will become a regular customer, too.

Also the woman that called herself a manager that was on duty said 5/25/24 @ 5:10pm needs a serious evaluation/reality check her name started with an A and she looked Puerto Rican

The store was a mess. The shelves were completely empty of bread. So unorganized in there I had to leave I couldn't walk thru the mess of boxes it was to dangerous if you ask me. I love to browse the store usually but I couldn't. I got what I needed from the from the front of the store and went to check out. When I got to check out there was no-one standing anywhere near the register where there was an elderly person standing looking lost with their items. I asked them if they were in line for the self check out and the gentleman said he didn't know how and has been waiting for a store worker to help him and no-one has come. Mind you this guy was standing in the same place when I walked in. So I helped him check out after I finished my 2items. That's not my job! I was happy to help him but why don't the workers do anything. Apparently this store staff doesn't care about thier customers or their store! I seen no-one working doing anything except one guy on his phone standing by boxes he should husuless. n unpacking. Avoid this store it's empty and the store workers are usuless

I gave two stars cuz I'm feeling generous today. The store itself is not horribly dirty there's not a bunch of carts sitting out in the middle of the floors or products spread out on the floor. However, the cashier was very unfriendly and quite demanding. When I got to the register she didn't even say hello to me the only word she uttered were for me to remove my items from my baskets cuz I sent them down on the side of the register up where she could reach and then after I put my items up where she could reach them without any effort she rang it up told me the amount and said and the basket goes back by the door. Seriously I had planned on doing it anyways but it really infuriated me that she was trying to get a customer to do as much possible so that she had to do as little possible and rudely too. Did not even tell me to have a nice day no smile nothing

Customer service is pleasant. Always something in the store that is needed. Lines are sometimes long but they go fast. Store is neat considering the traffic that comes through there it's busy it's still is clean. That's a pleasant way to shop. ????

Was my store until the girl told me couldn't use bathroom cause out of order, but watched other able to, go 4 night a week, well never again, and will do all I can to keep others, bad business
