I have been through three different dollar trees in the area, I went to Tops and some other stores to look for men’s gloves. When I came in here, I asked the front and she showed me the ones that were left for women, and said that this is all they have. I took those to the checkout, and I asked the lady if these would fit men because at this point I just needed to get some gloves. This lady, Patti Sue, said to me why don’t you just let me check in the back and came out with a big box after a few minutes with men’s gloves. I heard her interactions with other customers as well and little children and she is definitely one of the best customer service persons that you havemade my morning, went above and beyond, and is the most friendliest and warm person. I’ll definitely be back to this dollar tree because of my interaction with Patti Sue.. Thank you so much, Patti!

I had the pleasure of shopping at Dollar Tree, and I must say that my experience was exceptional, all thanks to the phenomenal worker, Jackie. Jackie displayed a tremendous level of care and courtesy to each and every customer, making our shopping experience truly remarkable. Despite being the only cashier on the line, Jackie handled everyone ahead of me swiftly and courteously. Their excellent service has left a lasting impression on me and is the reason I'll be coming back again. Kudos to Jackie for making my visit to Dollar Tree a memorable one!

As a customer I don’t wanna display my name on here. Came in and seen Dollar tree getting fixed by these lovely workers . come 2 find out they’re paying them 14.20 to clean up a huge hot mess in the store. They shouldn’t have to be paid 14.20 a hour. That is not enough for the damages and items that are getting fixed. They should be payed 16$ a hour for fixing up the store for the company and customers. Do better Dollar tree.

The new people that the Dollar Tree hires are not up to their job very very rude and very very ignorant of their surroundings need to do better training their cashier especially their young males that work at night this is the one on Harlem Road if you put people like this behind the register somebody's going to get hurt giving someone else my money is not professional if I hand you my money you hand me my change do not give it to anyone else this is what I had to go through when I came there very unprofessional and very undertrained

I came here about an hour ago to buy cleaning supplies, and was shocked at how kind and sweet the cashier was to myself and others. I was having a bad day, but this womans kindness turned my day around. She deserves a raise!

Poorly stocked for my 3rd vist . Visited early this month and same thing. Very littel on the floor and what was left of what I was looking for in snacks and food was damaged. Hard to get down asilses with all the boxes too

Great selection but I have been there twice now and waiting 15 minutes in line for 4 people is ridiculous. I just dont understand how cashiers can be so slow. And the first time I went was pre-pandemic.

On Jan 15, 2023 the white cashier had no problem smiling and talking to the two white customers before me. When it was my turn she said nothing, not even the total. She got on her phone and then when the receipt came up didn't even look at me just handed it too. The store was a mess there were items on shelf from fall, mixed in with Christmas and Valentine's Day. I will never step foot in that store again.
