When we arrived to pick up our reserved car, we were a few minutes past closing (6pm) and the guy said they closed an hour ago and no longer had a car for us. He said he tried to call us twice and we didn’t answer. Then he said I didn’t provide a phone number, so they didn’t have a way to reach out to us. What?? I wasn’t able to complete the reservation without providing a phone number, so now we’re at lie #3. He then magically found a car they could let use…maybe because we called him out for lying?
Not the best experience, especially after a long day of flying, but at least we left with a car.

Their automated system and the call I got the day before confirmed that a specific car was available. When I arrived, I was told that they did not have that car available and I had to take a crossover when I am used to sedans. That said, I ended up liking the car so it worked out in the end, but I think it was dumb that they said I could have my exact same car and then it suddenly wasn't available which made an anxiety inducing situation worse. The car itself seemed to be ok, but it smelled really bad. Whatever they clean them with is disgusting and I had to leave the windows down to air it out. Additionally when checking out I had to wait 30 minutes for someone to help. The employees seemed to help whoever was loudest and not who had been sitting there longest. I had to walk back up and express that I was waiting first before them as they tried to take people that just walked in. Employees were kind and courteous otherwise and it was a great help that it was attached to Gabe's collision shop which made it easy to get a rental when I had an accident.

Had my car stolen and my insurance company rented through enterprise. My rental, which was reserved, was not there when I arrived. After a few mins of confusion I was giving a beat up Toyota truck that was just dropped off. It was really beat up. Huge dents and scratches all over it and it smelled awful. Then the guy who was processing my rental kept pushing me to buy from enterprise if my car was unrepairable. That was obnoxious. I could tell he wasn't comfortable with it which leads me to believe it's a company policy. I would never buy a rental. Especially after seeing the pile of crap you gave me on a whim and acting like a got a free upgrade. It wasn't an upgrade. I never wanted or asked for a truck. It was a rough ride and a gas hog. And it looked like crap.
The icing on the cake was the charges I got on my credit card a month later. The tolls...
I had my easy pass with me and somehow still got charged by enterprise. That would be fine if it was just that but enterprise charges a service fee of over 100% on tolls. So that was cute.

I picked up a rental from my location as I’m driving to my destination at tractor-trailer into the expressway cracked the windshield once I got to my destination I went to the local enterprise and then they sent me to another enterprise cause they didn’t have any cars available? I got to the airport they sent me back to another location so I spent my whole day at my destination going back to different rental rental car places. So I finally received a rental I returned back home. They gave me a $75 appreciation discount for going through the hassle but now I’m receiving threatening letters. They want my insurance information. The rental car that I had was fully insured and now I don’t see Why they need my information if everything was covered I shouldn’t be liable for nothing.

The phone number listed on Google Maps is for a call center. Whoever works the call center has no idea what vehicles are actually available at the rental place. Myself and numerous other customers were stuck waiting in the lobby for hours before a vehicle could be made available, many on which had luggage with them after clearly arriving from a hotel or airport, expecting their appointment to be honored.

I was informed my insurance would pay the upgrade that enterprise gave me as compared to my vehicle. A month after the insurance settled, Enterprise charged my credit card for the additional expense. Not happy at all.

Do not make a reservation here...beware. I had a confirmed reservation, then they called and left me a voice-mail stating they were not going to honor the reservation/confirmation because they didn't have cars. Stranded me in Buffalo.

Poor customer service! I will not be using this location again and honestly put a bad taste in my mouth for Enterprise as a company overall. The manager Jacob had been extremely sarcastic, unpleasant and unprofessional throughout the entire time I had my rental car. All questions I asked about charges were being demeaned and practically ignored. I utilized this company as Gerber Collision was repairing my LUXURY vehicle and was stereotypically accused of trying to keep the rental car (which I was paid up out of pocket for) as it was assumed to be nicer than my own. (it is not) I spent over $2,000 with this company and was only offered $100 for the inconvenience and unprofessionalism of them sharing details of my rental contract with other people. That amount didn't even cover the full amount I paid for my full deposit but I was so exhausted with this company's management I did not put up a fight anymore. Zero stars.

This location has canceled my reservation four different times due to no inventory. Save yourselves some the headache and use another branch. The north buffalo and clarence branch are leagues apart from this location.

Terrible customer/client service. Area managers are located at this branch AND they still suck. I have been a very loyal customer for years and the way they treated me was embarrassing.

The people who work here are amazing! I was left without a car last minute and they helped me quickly and with great attitudes. Highly recommend this location they are awesome here. Clean car, nice drive, no issues at all.
