The young man working on Friday night on 9/27/24 was wonderful! He was so friendly and got my documents ready and checked in in seconds. It was impressive!

Quite possibly the worst customer service I have encountered at any business I have been to, ever. I feel badly for the owner being stuck with such miserable and surly staff. I was made to feel like an imposition for having the temerity to show up early for a print order. I will never use this branch again. Zero stars

I would give this dump zero stars if I could. Rude people try to nickel and dime you for everything. Won’t accept an Amazon shipping box for an Amazon return, want to sell me another box for $15. The FedEx down the street happily took the box. Stay away!!!

Fed-ex is a joke. Seriously don't use them if you actually want the items. 800# is next to impossible to get through to, local phone number rings back to the 800#. Agents on the phone can offer no solutions, can't even reschedule or resend yhe driver who clearly didn't knock-I was not only home, I have dogs that bark. Have a paper that says they will try for redelivery, agents who say they won't, and an email that said my shipment was delayed until tomorrow. They can't even confirm it will be at the location because they have no way to call the local office either. I feel like I should be reimbursed for my time and gas and the inconvenience for their inability to deliver despite advertising that they ship and deliver package (2 hours on the phone, 15 minute drive there, 15 minute drive back). Seriously awful any time I have ever had to use them, really wish my employer would pick anyone else to ship through...

I live on the inside of a culdosack, so i see who drives on my road. So my package was supposed to be at my house in the morning. It never came. It doesn't even need to be signed for. They supposedly came at 830 and back around 1130.they didn't leave my package because "noone was home". Mind you my car never moved from the driveway. NOONE not even neighbors drove by my house. They said it would be attempt3d and left later in the day. Nothing. Oh did I mention it was raining so The drivers are lazy and this company is ridiculous.

The staff 200% stole envelope with valuables n cash from inside my totebag before packaging n shipping it. Also they overcharged me excessively to ship to Toronto which should not be more than $25-$30 charging more than double. Stay away from this location. They have some very good very professional thieves on site.

The white fedex driver drove past my house twice. I called got no help. the representives did not care. this package is important i have been waiting five days now to get it. It was supposed to be two day shipping. Fedex has the worst delivery service I ever experienced. I saw with my own eyes the driver go past my house then post no one was home. I was on my porch.

I’ll give FedEx the award for most inept shipping company. Thanks to their inability to deliver I have to call any company I order from and make sure they DO NOT use FedEx. Kudos FedEx, you are terrible.

This place was a life saver! Especially Daniel. There was a job I needed for work and no shop could do it with the turnaround time that I needed. So I was going to do it by myself at the self service area. I asked Daniel if he could help and he made it happen. So appreciate his help. Couldn't do it without him.
