I have been using their Axion R/S+ PEMS in my research, and their customer support has been very good. They provide quick and up-to-date assistance and have always helped troubleshoot the devices effectively. The introductory help sessions on getting started were also very useful and informative.

We’ve been using the Axion RS+ at the University of Alberta since 2022 for emissions testing on gasoline, diesel, and dual-fuel vehicles. The support from David and Aaron is outstanding—they provide instant troubleshooting for any issues that come up during testing!
