One of hubby's favorite spots, even with the exchange rate, you can't beat their prices here in Canada, every time we go, he says the same thing..come to Canada will you, you'll put the other tool companies out of business, lol

I bought a tool cart for one price but then a month later they have it for 189. They won’t honor it they kept making excuses. They wouldn’t price match it, or even if I took it back they wouldn’t give me it for that price. It seems like they are making up things. Because you read online that they price match for 90 days and some say 30 days but obviously they don’t stand behind their word online on their own site as well!

Good variety of tools and decent prices, service is polite and professional,they had exactly the tool set I needed to replace my driver side door lock mechanism and window motor assembly...???

Not happy about their 25% off this weekend . Illuminated way to many saws. They listed brands and one would think that meant equipment of those brands. Nope in addition different equipment

This Cheektowaga location always has advertised & regular items in stock, staff is always friendly, store is always clean.**Update** recently ordered some US General tool boxes. The store was very accommodating with updates & called as soon as they were available for pickup. They loaded up the large boxes & were extremely helpful & friendly during entire transaction.

Friendly staff. Walked in with a specific purchase in mind and a coupon. A staff member took a look at the coupon and went straight into the back, briefly helping another customer, then returned with our purchase. We asked if it needed oil, and was directed to the correct oil. Helped us get it into the car. Our first visit to the store.
