You become used to expecting certain standards from a Hilton. This one doesn’t live up to that.First of all the hotel looks dated. The carpets in the common area have become loose and in many places are uneven and have large wrinkles that are a trip hazard.Second, When we entered the room it wasn’t clean - there was hair (lots) in the tub, food crumbs on the bed and dust everywhere. It disgusted me to pick up the phone to call front desk because of how dirty the receiver was. They eventually gave me a different room which was cleaner.Third, Hot water was on and off. Two ladies sitting next to our breakfast table complained that they didn’t have any hot water in their room.The location is good if you need to go to the airport which is right across the street. It’s also not far from shopping areas. The breakfast is fine - the buffet is limited compared to a holiday inn express. But you can order other items and they make it for you. The staff is friendly.Overall the feel I got was that it’s a 2 star motel. For the money they charge, I expect bettet stabdards.

Hotel accommodations are a little outdated but clean. The hotel staff made up for outdated rooms!. The breakfast and morning chef are top-notch, and this alone is well worth the stay!

If you booked a super 8 or motel 6 and got this you’d be satisfied. If you booked a Hilton garden expecting a Hilton garden you’ll be disappointed. The hotel desperately needs upgraded. The hallways and carpets are in bad shape. The furniture is beat up. The rooms were acceptably clean. The shower was mediocre at best (also lukewarm water). Definitely the worst Hilton garden I’ve stayed at. Again, not the worst hotel in the world, but not good for what you pay/expect from a Hilton garden.

The hotel was fine.It's older and the rooms are in need of modernizing, but the staff was friendly and the location was convenient.We found the bed a bit soft for our liking, which made sleep a bit of a chore. We were relieved when it was time to wake up.We didn't try breakfast as it was extra, but it's located next to so many restaurants, that it wasn't a problem to grab something.

Update to my review below. Thank you Ken for reaching out and trying to rectify the situation. My complaint was seen and heard and I appreciate that. I hope to re-review this location in the future. Best of luck to you guys.The front desk upon return was rude and unhelpful. She clearly had an issue and had us wait longer than necessary for a shuttle back and then had us wait around for a lost item long after anyone was looking for it (an hour total). Shuttles from the airport to the other hotels were far superior. People deplaning after us caught shuttles immediately. Ours was 2 phone calls and a rude front desk clerk away. Two of us ended up walking back to get the car. When the shuttle did arrive the women were kind and chatty so no issue there.Walkability: you would be quicker to walk to the airport.

The hotel is a diamond in the rough. The staff is amazing, and the accommodations were more than I expected. My only concern was as I was getting out of my car, there were three LARGE rats running around the parking lot.hope they take care of that issue.

Had a great stay at this hotel with few complaints. The rooms and hallways were quiet. It is right across the street from the airport but all 3 nights I did not hear any noise from planes, and I’m a light sleeper! The rooms were clean, and spacious. Wi-Fi worked well, as I had to clock in a few hours of work. The pool is large, warm and a hot tub. They were busier at night with the kids playing in it but we had a couple of hours to find time to enjoy it. They offer breakfast for an additional fee which we did not take part int. 15 min drive to downtown buffalo, ~20 min drive to Niagara Falls. Free parking safe area. My one complaint about the hotel is it does not offer much of a scenic view. Both sides of the hotel that the rooms overlook were of parking lots/the street and airport.

We had a wonderful time. All of the staff except one young lady at the front desk on Monday morning were wonderful. The breakfast cook did an amazing job. He really made our day with his fun loving attitude. Michelle at front desk was so nice, and always was happy to help with any questions. She really did a wonderful job.

The service was terrible. First, we just had 2 of towels, and we ordered 2 more towels. But they didn't come to our room. Second, they didn't clean our room. The room was nice, but they should improve their services.

Bathroom is disgusting. The shower head looks like it's never been cleaned. The grout looks like it's never been cleaned. There's parts of the ceiling that are peeling back and I assume it's because the bathroom doesn't have a fan. The hair dryer looks like it doesn't get cleaned often. I found a long black hair in one of the hand towels. The carpet in the hallways is peeling up like it's had water damage. The only thing that's clean is the complimentary water bottles.

This hotel has the best staff! From the shuttle driver Ted to the front desk agent Chris. They went above & beyond to get my husband (who is unable to walk) and I into a fantastic handicapped room. Their kindness was so welcome after a terrible experience at the airport which left us stranded in Buffalo for 2 unexpected days.Breakfast the next morning was delicious. Our server Amanda was very helpful. We also had a chance to meet Rich the cook on duty who recommended his wonderful french toast!Our room is very clean & well appointed.I would highly recommend this Hilton to anyone staying in Buffalo!

What a pleasurable experience to feel welcomed and at home. I had to write this review for Michelle, the hotel manager, who made my stay over exceptional. I must say she welcomed me, like a close friend was visiting for the weekend. Everyone at the front desk made sure everything was taken well care, of and all of my needs were met. I definitely look forward to visiting again. Thank you.

The room was clean the staff was extremely nice and professional the buffet food was great very pleased with the variety of food they served I will be staying there Everytime I go to Buffalo the bed was so so comfortable a great sneak away spot .

Wonderful all around! I'm on a cross country road trip and I am so happy I listened to the reviews. Friendly staff, comfortable and quiet room. I took advantage of the hot tub and had it to myself in the morning. Lots of breakfast options with made to order eggs. Easy access if you are continuing on to Niagra Falls.

Today, I had the worst experience ever with this hotel. I'm a diamond member and holding monthly meetings here for at least 3-4 years. Also in this I frequently fly out of buffalo airport, so I stay over the night before. I have achieved diamond status.Upon my check in today, with a whole of hockey players. Now everyone on the hockey team got their rooms and left the front desk area. But me and my 2 co workers and kick aside and hold we had to wait. The one front agent went so to tell me, room will be in 5-10 minutes. That was over an hour ago. The front people don't know what they are doing. It's a shame, this used to a frat hotel. But either management or supervisors need more or better training in customer service.Ridiculous This Hilton needs serious training. So Paris if you read this, assist this location. They need help So.
