The hotel was very standard and typical for the brand. The employees here are what puts it over the top. From the front desk to housekeeping, I did not come across a single employee that did not enhance our stay. I will definitely be stopping by when in the area.Rooms: The rooms were very clean and of good size.Noteworthy details: The staff here is exceptional!

I’m so disappointed we have another night here and I can’t cancel and just get my money back for now. I asked front desk if possible to cancel the rest of trip so I can find another location due to pool, dirtiness, and customer service but instead she yells at me saying “you know how many people complaining about the pool”. She refused to be considerate that I’m on my anniversary taking my step son on his first vacation who expected a pool. I called before arriving to confirm pool was in order and asked if I could cancel if not, they said fine. I am just blown away and furious that I wasted my money and TIME on such a bad experience. Worst experience ever

We selected this hotel because it was what Priceline gave us as the best offer around. Come to find out, Seneca Hotel & Casino was nearly $40 less than that per night. We checked in quickly and easily, but was a bit put off by the $10 "incidentals" charge right off the bat. We arrived in our room, and there was no wet bar and no snacks, so we were unsure what the $10 "incidentals" fee was for. There is no restaurant or bar in the hotel, so we left to have dinner at a local pub. Back in our room, I dropped an earring on the floor, and when I looked under the bed, there were several empty chip bags and other miscellaneous trash. Disgusting! We were shocked & horrified! The following morning, they had a "continental breakfast," which consisted of scrambled eggs, bacon and miscellaneous pastries, as well as juice and coffee. Everything was warm and fresh. Upon checking out, we were told that it would take 5 business days to get our $10 fee back. Unacceptable! Incidentals fee for what exactly when there's nothing in the room to charge me for? We were disappointed in the over charges and the dirty room. Check-in and check-out were fast and smooth.

This is the worst Holiday Inn ever! The 1st room they gave us smelled like feet. We were switched to another room the had blood spots on the comforter. The furniture is very worn, there is no exhaust fan and bad lighting in the bathroom. Because there was a Buffalo Bills game that weekend I paid almost $400 for 1 night at this nightmare! That they even have the name Holiday Inn is a disgrace! What a ripoff!! Stay away....

Friendly staff is very knowledgeable . They helped us with our visit to Niagara falls and for the first time in Buffalo with places to visit and restaurants too. The bed was super soft, and we got up the next morning for a great breakfast and a sweet hostess. Thank you for a great stay .Nearby activities: The big mall was a few miles away . The falls are 20+ miles away, $90 by taxi . The hotel has a driver that will take you within 5 miles of the hotel. Very friendly. I think his name was " john." He laughed with us over a sign that was posted. I will never forget the name of it.

Rooms are old. Everything is outdated. Smell of bleach is horrible once you walk in. Breakfast is well below expectations. I have been to many hotels we normally bok a hotel with breakfast for the convenience specially with kids. This is the worst experience of breakfast I have ever seen. Food wasn’t fresh took too long to come out. The lady that was serving was so rude. She was treating everyone with no respect and as if we were in school not customers. She gave everyone alot of instructions. Here voice was too loud too. Stayed 9/23-9/24. I have used holiday inn before by far this is the worst experience among all of them.

We unexpectedly were in town and initially staying 1 night and then considered staying a few more to complete necessary meetings. We inquired about extending and costs to extend and avoid going back and forth. Staff was unsure but got back to us and met all our needs including ideal room and budget. We didn't even have to switch which was appreciated as our toddler is with us. Will definitely return when needing to be in the area and would highly recommend. Added bonus are full size bathroom products, pool, hot tub and gym and proximity to airport if that's important.Rooms: Spacious, very clean and maintained. Little kitchenette great for staying a few nights and having option for meals.Noteworthy details: Full breakfast included which was a bonus, staff in all areas where friendly courteous and helpful. Also off a military discount when available.

I'm not 100% satisfied with this hotel. The check in process was very disappointing and we had some trouble with the girl at the front counter. Another employee saw what was going on and stepped in and really helped us out. We ended up checking out a couple days early and we went to the Hampton Inn next door. Better rooms, better service and they were able to help us with our special needs person.

Huge room, the most friendly staff. Great airport hotel with shuttle on demand. Cheap parking for travel. Definitely happy with my decision to stay here and so will you.

Was given a room with no shower curtain. The AC didn't go below 73 degrees.. Call the front desk and was told all rooms are Automatically set at 73 degrees.. This is not true, spoke with my partner in a different room and he was able to get it down to 68 degrees but, past midnight it would turn off Automatically and won't get down past 71 degrees.. Not goodFood & drinks: Bar and Grill next door.

The rooms are not clean. The toilet doesn't flush even after multiple times of the day. The front desk gave the toilet plunger and even that didn't work. Front desk told as other people are flushing at the same time the pressure is low and causing flushing problem. Breakfast is good but the refill stops way before the end time. Overall this hotel should be removed from Holiday Inn Express franchise to protect its credibility. Don't waste your time and money here.

We stayed here for the weekend while at a hockey camp, great experience. The hotel was very well run and incredibly clean. The staff was really friendly from check in to check out. Our room was great and it wasn't loud near the airport, so we all slept great. Breakfast was always hot and fresh, the cinnamon rolls are my favorite.Overall, great location and price. Hotel is clean and well run. Would stay here anytime.

Arrived to a rude man at the front desk. First time I've seen him here. Don't ask him questions, it's a get your keys and get lost kind of attitude.However, the experience improved over the days because the breakfast staff is so incredibly kind and positive. The people that work the morning breakfast area make this location what it is.

Second time I’ve stayed here. Didn’t taker any photos of the hotel. Nice area right next to the airport. Dog friendly and plenty of places to walk nearby including an abandoned rail line and residential neighborhood.You are directly under the flight path of the airport but it didn’t bother me. Staff was. Friendly and the hotel was clean. Will be staying here again when working in Buffalo.
