Needed a riding lawn mower fuel filter usually have a few handy , ran out ... Went to Home Depot on Harlem Rd. In Cheektowaga NY ... They wanted $17.98 for a 1" stinking fuel filter that is made in China ... Just ordered online 3 for $9.79 ... I will refuse to step foot in this unorganized overpriced 1 manned cashier store again ... The nerve of these people to rob and gouge their customers , the price of EVERYTHING HERE , is totally ridiculous , do everything to not patronize this place , executives are making millions on the back of suckers willing to pay their price ! And will add uncle joe is in power he must take ALL THE HEAT as was given to every inch of the former president

Complete disaster. I've been to this HD location twice this year and what a nightmare. First of all, what is the deal with the parking? The contractor parking and access door area is literally pouring over with illegally parked cars, vehicles left running unattended, and not a single employee in sight to manage this mess. Now make your way inside and both times I've been there I've seen Cheektowaga PD dealing with people stealing. To the point where they hire an off duty cop to stand in front of the door to deter criminals, it clearly isn't working .... Not to mention every aisles has locked metal cages on it to protect products.....Both times I went here were for a quick purchase but it took longer to stand in the checkout lines then locate what I needed on the shelves. I'll stick to Lowes at 5 corners instead. Cheers

Was a over all good shopping experience.im not a diy but sure can start somewhere when you buy the right things to help you get started. Great on helping customer find what's needed a to get in and out of store. Thanks home Depot it was a pleasure but it's time for me to get the heck on out of here!

Where to start! Doing my kitchen backsplash and most of tiles I liked 2 months are now discontinued. Picked out one from Home Depot but wasn't in stock, so ordered 4 boxes online. Order arrived in 3 days! But, all were cracked except 1 box. Ordered 5 more boxes hoping to find 3 whole but on arrival only 1 out of 5 boxes were not cracked! Asked to speak to manager both times but he failed to appear at front desk after 45 min of waiting. Had employee at desk call to see if she could order with delivery from another company. To make a very long story shorter, ended up finding similar tiles at Lowe's not only in stock but lower price and easy availability! Took 1 box back that I had in my possession and manager suddenly shows up to ask what he can do? Too little to late!

I mean usually Home Depot is "ok" but 300 Thruway Plaza 14215 is well below par. always dirty. You're guaranteed to find at least one syringe in the parking lot. Staff act like they are inconvenienced when you ask for help. also not happy that they took away the roller shade cutting machine when they recently did a reset.

Holy s*** this place has gone down hill. 1 actual cashier open, the rest self check out, lines down the aisles. Service desk has 1 person working, huge line. I actually tried calling the store twice while in line. No answer lol. This doesn't have anything to do with covid. This is poor management 100%.

Wow, i called Home Depot to find a hard to locate mirrored closet doors, I was fortunate enough to speak with an employee Jacob MG who not only found was I was looking for, but made sure I was taken care of with sending me the photo of the item to make sure it was the one I wanted, ( it wasnt) because he did that it saved me weeks of aggravation.He also was instrumental in securing a installer.I hope I get to deal with Jake in the future, he is an asset to Home Depot and gave me a great feeling in dealing with this store

The Home Depot is currently putting the public at risk by contracting for unnecessary secret shopper services during this pandemic. For Black Friday I purchased the Samsung kitchen package in Tuscan stainless steel. The appliances are great. The problem is the the accessories did not come with the stove. I have been to my local store in Yuma several times and have not received the griddle, wok holder and the other accessories. I have a voicemail from January 20th the said they would be delivered in five days. I have been to the store once a week and nothing. I'm about ready to rip out the appliances and demand a refund.

Looked at washers, dryers, stoves,and refrigerators with my daughter it's been awhile she purchased new . I came along for experience! Had enough for her to choose from had a worker asked if we needed help we said we are looking and backed off so we can look with was great she will be coming back for a few purchases

I hate dat place it took 20mins to get help in wen I did get help to get wood cut he miscut it !!! Ya need new people ASAP
