Honestly really poor experience, his license was not valid or there was a issue, informed I would get a call back by Thursday latest Saturday. I heard nothing so I called he told me oh yeah, it's not resolved. I'm like okay when were you going to tell me. I then said I was coming pick up my things go elsewhere; we hung up two minutes later. He calls back said its resolved when can you come in, I stated right now he goes well you have to get here before 3 we close. I go its 2:15 like Im coming now. Just really disappointed in the whole process. The price at end was ridiculous honestly.

I had a great experience with Donna at this H&R Block location. There was a miscommunication with my appointment, but Donna stepped in and helped me right away. I was very happy with her kindness and prompt assistance. I would definitely go here again! Minus one star because, as I expected, the cost is so high! I stopped coming here in 2019 for the same reason and expected it to be pricey but I had a few unusual tax situations this year so it was worth it to see a professional. If you're taxes aren't complicated, it's not worth the money in my opinion. But if you need extra help, H&R Block knows their stuff.

The accountant was very nice and helped me where she could. However, the only reason I would EVER go back to H and R block is if I needed an advance badly.I have had my taxes filed by a private accountant for 300 dollars less and it was more complicated than what I gave to H and R.The experience in general was OK but I highly suggest to save your money and go to a private accountant for a much more reasonable price.

I love Carol Baker! I have been going to her for a couple years now. She's very nice and thorough. She makes sure to ask you questions And helps you understand your tax returns.

I was willing to pay them over 400 dollars for my tax preparation and filing and was treated like I was trying to file a fraudulent return. I have never been treated so poorly by a business. April, or Ashley should find a new line of work away from customer service

All depends if I find a cheaper place to go. $400 is a bit expensive.
